Healthy lifestyle
While on this earth, we have received physical bodies. Through them we are both blessed and challenged. They are instrumental in bringing us both pain and great joy. We are to respect and care for our bodies. A healthy lifestyle promotes a sense of well-being. Exercise, eating and sleeping properly, a cheerful attitude—all contribute to our happiness. Of course, sooner or later, no matter how healthy we may be now, our bodies will wear out and we will have to deal with sickness and eventually death. This is all part of the plan of happiness.
