Spending time together
Spend time together

A strong family requires consistent, focused attention. Your family needs both quality and quantity time.

You might try these ideas:

  • Make a list of your activities for the week. How much time do you spend with your family?
  • If your family isn’t getting enough of your time, decide which activities on the list are taking up that time.
  • Look for ways to reduce time spent on those activities so that you’ll have more time for your family.
  • Plan time for your family, and make it your first priority.
Remember, we don’t find time. We make it.
