Trisha: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Trisha

I'm a mother of three, a wife, a daughter, a sister, an Etsy Shop owner, a crafter, a baker, and a Mommy Blogger. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of three, a daughter, a wife, a sister, an Etsy Shop owner, a crafter, a sewer, a baker, and a Mommy blogger.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church and have always loved it. As a teenager I accepted the challenge of reading the Book of Mormon and praying sincerely about if it was a true book. I read the Book of Mormon and prayed about it, and received this overwhelming feeling that it is a true book. The Holy Ghost has witnessed to me many times that what I am learning about at church is true and correct. I have a testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ is the true church, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet, that the Book of Mormon is true, the Jesus Christ lives and suffered for us so that we will be able to live back with him someday. I know that if you read the Book of Mormon and ask Heavenly Father if it is true, you will receive and answer.

Personal Stories

What are you doing to help strengthen your family and make it successful?

Even though our children are only 4 and 1, we try to regularly have family home evening and try to do a lot of activities as a family. Sometimes family home evening is only about 10 minutes long because our children are so young, but we feel that this will help them understand the gospel more clearly and they will come to love family home evening and will want to learn. We eat dinner ever night as a family, and will continue that as our children get older. We feel that spending more time together helps to strengthen our family.

How I live my faith

Right now my husand and I both serve on the Activities Committe, we really enjoy planning the fun activities for the ward members. We were also both recently called as Ward Missionaries.
