Hi, I'm Brian
I grew up in Southern California. I love my family. I love soccer. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I love my family. My family consists of my wife, beautiful, perfect little daughter and the best dog a family could ask for. Spending time with my family is what I enjoy most.
I like soccer. I used to play soccer but now find myself watching much more than playing.
I am a Computer Science Major and work as IT support for the local school district.
Why I am a Mormon
I was raised Mormon. Growing up I would attend Church and participate in church activities. My testimony, as a child, really leaned on that of my parents and other family members.
When I was 17, I was instructed to read The Book Of Mormon before I received my Patriarchal Blessing. After reading and praying about The Book of Mormon, I knew it was true. That is when my own testimony really began to grow.
I am a Mormon because I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church on the earth today. I know it contains the fullness of Christ's Gospel. I know that through Joseph Smith, the gospel was restored.
The knowledge I have of the Gospel makes me happy because I know if I do the things that my Heavenly Father asks of me, my family can be an eternal family.
How I live my faith
I live my faith by working with the full-time missionaries in our ward as a Ward Mission leader.
I also live my faith by doing my home teaching. My home teaching companion and I visit members of our Ward to make sure they have their temporal needs met and also strengthening them spiritually.
When I was 19 years old, I decided to serve a full-time mission for the Church. I was called to serve in the North Carolina Raleigh Mission. Serving a mission allowed me to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. By serving others my own testimony was made stronger. Dedicating those two years to the Lord has blessed me and my family more than I could have ever imagined.
