Hi, I'm Tim Wade
I'm a pilot and I am Mormon.
About Me
I am happily married to my wonderful wife. I have a beautiful baby girl. I enjoy world travel and of course aviation as I am a pilot. I love eating food from all around the world.
Why I am a Mormon
I come from a long line of Mormons, but I chose to continue the legacy of faith my ancestors started because I gained a testimony myself of the wonderful gospel of Jesus Christ. I love the fact that every week I go to church I learn more about Christ and our Heavenly Father. I feel the spirit when I read the scriptures, pray, and attend church. There is nothing more filling in my life than the teachings of Christ.
Personal Stories
How has attending Church services helped you?
I feel that Church services are like a spiritual gas station on the road of life. If I don't go to Church I end up feeling empty and lacking of spiritual influence in my life. In return when I go to Church every week I feel spiritually stronger and more prepared for the week ahead.
How I live my faith
I try to live my faith on a daily basis. I travel a lot for work and am not always able to attend services, so I try to read scriptures and be an example of Christ as much as I can every day. I serve in my church as a Boy Scout leader and enjoy helping the boys learn and progress as scouts. I try to be an example as an Eagle Scout myself.
