About Me
I'm 38 years old. I've been married 17 years. I have 3 sons--ages 15, 4, and 2. I'm the manager of a grocery store, and in my free time I like to play sports and just relax with my family.
Why I am a Mormon
I am so grateful to be a member of God's church here on earth. I know that by keeping the commandments the best I can I stay on the path that will allow me to live with Him again after this life. That's only possible because of Jesus' sacrifice for me and all of us! I am able to be so much happier as I go through life, because Jesus lovingly died for me. I know this church is true, because each time I read the Book of Mormon I feel good. And when I live the principles taught there I feel better.

How has attending Church services helped you?
Attending Church each Sunday helps me keep my focus on the things that matter most throughout each week. As I take the sacrament and repent of the sins I commit each week, I am able to start the week fresh and hopeful.
How I live my faith
I try to be a good home teacher. To do that, I try to see the families I'm assigned to at least once a month. I make sure things are going well for all the members of the family. I keep up on their accomplishments at work and school, and I definitely remember their birthdays! And I try to uplift the spirit in their home by teaching a principle of the gospel while I'm there and having a prayer. Home Teaching is such a great program where we all look out for each other.
