Hi, I'm Todd
I'm a Mormon. I was born in California and now live in Utah.
About Me
I am 52 years old. I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints back in 1971 having been raised in the Baptist Faith by my mother.
I have remained a member of the Church and am so grateful for it in my life.
My family and I consist of my beautiful wife Vickey, our 9 children through a yours, mine and ours marriage. Most of whom are married with their own families. We are grandparents of nine grandchildren with more on the way. We reside in Utah and enjoy life and its many blessings and challenges.
I have worked in the field of geosynthetics distribution for over 25 years.
I enjoy, genealogy, photography, winter skiing, snowboarding, hiking, riding personal watercraft.
Why I am a Mormon
I believe in a real Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. The gospel of Jesus Christ is taught in its fullness. It helps me to be a better person, to live the way I should live and it helps to raise my family. The Atonement of Jesus Christ for all mankind is the key to our existence. It is what gives me the strength in this ever-changing world to have the hope and faith to endure to the end.
Personal Stories
How has the Book of Mormon brought you closer to God?
Through study of the Book of Mormon I am able to read about a people long ago, whom God lead by Prophets. These Prophets taught people like you and me the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Through the Book of Mormon one sees a people that in many ways have similar situations in their time as we do now. Many of their challenges are very similar to what we are dealing with today.
The Book of Mormon helps prepare me to know what Prophets taught then as well as now and how to deal with the many situations that life puts in our paths.
The Book of Mormon is a strength. It is a second testimony of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
How I live my faith
I strive to live my life in a way that will allow me to one day return to my Heavenly Father knowing that I was good and that I did the things which he requires of me to consider me as one of his honorable sons.
