Hi, I'm Rebekah
I' am Bipolar.I'm a Mormon.
About Me
In the spring I will start college majoring in ASL american sign language interpretation, I know a lot about Linux and really enjoy fixing computers. I am the second oldest of six, mostly girls.
Why I am a Mormon
Firstly, I was born into the church to faithful parents YAY!, but mostly I am a Mormon because I know it's right I have gotten the confirmation from the Holy Ghost that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church and the Book of Mormon is the most true book on earth today and, that Thomas S. Monson is a true Prophet of God. I also know that because I am bipolar, without the church I would not be alive to tell anyone how true the church is and how wonderful the blessing are from knowing it's truth.
Personal Stories
Please explain the part prayer plays in your life?
Prayer I a constant thing for me, morning, noon, night, and always in my heart. Prayer strengths, I notice this especially on days where I haven't prayed as much as I should have. I get a closer connection to God through prayer I thank him for all he has given me, then my favorite part which always feels so good and mostly happens toward the end of the day, is telling him how things are going for me I always feels such a comfort especially if things aren't going so well. Lastly I ask for things I need or want help with. Prayer is talking with God, and he invites you to pray in fact I believe it's a commandment. He is your father and would love to hear from you. Prayer bring immense blessings, many times I have needed just a friendly face to talk to and I pray, for comfort and then had a friend call me and want to go do something. So Prayer has been a big part of my life, a blessing too.
How I live my faith
I help my ward's missionaries by being there when they are in need of someone to help with discussions, I also make spreadsheets of inactive members so ward missionaries who are members in my ward called to help those less active members and new converts.
