Hi, I'm Monica
I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I was born and raised on a small farm in Canada. I moved to Idaho after graduating from High school, and met my amazing husband on a blind date. We have been married for over three years now, and have a 20 month old daughter.
A few things about me:
I am a massage Therapist in a Chiropractic Office, I play the piano and flute,
I love to read, shop, spend time with my family and friends, go camping, and blog.
Why I am a Mormon
I was born and raised in the LDS church, but I am a Mormon today not because I was born into a Mormon family, but because of the way that I feel when I read the scriptures, pray, and live according to the gospel. I don't know what I would do or who I would be with out my testimony. My knowledge of the gospel gives me a purpose in this life.

What is hope and what do you hope for?
Hope to me is a positive feeling that things will turn out well in the end. Because of my belief in the teachings of the LDS Church, my life has a purpose, and I have something to look forward to.
I hope for many things, but some of the most important things that I have hope for are: I hope that I can live righteously so that I will be able to live with my family forever, even after death. I hope that I can be an example to others, and that they can see the happiness that this gospel brings to my life. I hope that I can always have a strong relationship with my Heavenly Father and with Jesus Christ.
How I live my faith
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints is a church of hope. Because of my testimony of Jesus Christ, I go through each day with hope for my family, for my friends, and for myself. Reading the Book of Mormon, praying, attending church meetings, and fulfilling my calling all help me to feel close to the spirit. I try to make my home a place where my family can feel the spirit by keeping it clean and by encouraging my family to live in a way that our Heavenly Father would be pleased with.

As is the case throughout history God has communicated to His children through prophets. God used a humble man as a prophet to restore His Church on earth who ultimately died defending His faith.
