In what ways have your prayers been answered?

When I was 19, I hit a very rough patch in my life. Everything that could go wrong was going wrong. I was distraught and felt hopeless. One night, I hit the ground and sobbed. I cried out to God, "Are you there? Do you hear me?" The next day, a friend came into town with another friend who was a priesthood holder. Telling neither of them about my prayer the night before, I accepted her offer to get a blessing. It was meant to help me overcome a physical ailment, nothing more. And yet, in this priesthood blessing, I was told, "Your Father wants you to know that he hears you when you cry to him into the night." At that moment, I knew that God heard me. He knew I was suffering, and he wanted to make sure I knew that he was there, and he cared.
