Bonnie: Mormon.

Hi I'm Bonnie

About Me

I'm a ball of energy. I'm a little loud and I have a terrible habit of go, go, go, but I am learning to feel the power of peace and self-reflection - the still moments that deepen our capacity to love, forgive, forget and change. Everything has it's time and place. I see in black and white. I love music. I try to embrace change. I enjoy trying new things. I like systems and I love the gospel of Jesus Christ. People often ask why I am so happy and where I get my energy . . . I work everyday to put the Lord and my family first. I love being a mother, a wife and a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose it. The gospel of Jesus Christ is true, it's good and it's eternal. Being Mormon doesn't make me perfect, I am far from it, but it does give me hope to keep trying. I LOVE being a Mormon. I am happy because of it. The gospel brings truth, perspective and inspiration to my life everyday. It blesses my family and it increases our love for each other, for the people around us and most importantly the love and relationship we have with our Savior.

Personal Stories

Can you think of a specific challenge in your family that Gospel Principles helped overcome?

Having children. I cannot have children. My whole life I wanted a house full of them. I love the sound of children. I love their passion and I love being surrounded by their sweet spirits. We took a long journey together, as a husband and wife, and with the Lord's blessing we are now stronger because of it. We are blessed to have adopted an angel who has changed our lives forever and keeps us on our toes everyday. Although we are not in control of how our family is formed, we know that the Lord is mindful of us and we have found so much joy in the blessings of adoption.

How I live my faith

24/7, with open arms and whole lot of faith.
