I'm from the Philippines. My Hobbies is watching TV and listening musics. I'm a single. My other hobbies is reading.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because i feel that this is the true Church. I have a testimony that the Book of Mormon is a word of God a testimony that Jesus Christ is our Savior and a strong testimony that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. And I know that we have a living prophet today.

Could you talk about your baptism?

I was baptize when i was 11 years old. At that time i don't understand what the missionaries are sharing. I don't have the confirmation of the Holy Ghost. After my baptism I become less active in the church for about 3 years. After that I decided to come back in the church, start knowing if this church is true. That time I decided to read the Book of Mormon to know to my self if this book is true. While I'm reading the Book of Mormon, i feel the holy ghost testifying of me that this book is true.

How I live my faith

By continuing reading the scriptures especially the Book of Mormon and by following the counsel of our leaders. By renewing my covenant every Sunday and going to the Temple Regularly.

Why is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called Mormons or Mormonism?

Most of the people call this church as a Mormon.The full name of the church is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I don't know why they called it the Mormon church. Maybe because we are using another set of scripture called The Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. But most of the people they know us as the Mormons.

Are Mormons Christians?

This question always surprises me when I am asked. I always answer with a resounding "YES". We are Christians in every sense of the word. We believe in Christ. He is the head of our church. All of our teachings are based on Him. We have hope in His eternal atonement.
