Rebecca.: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I'm a mother of 3 little boys! I am involved with PTA, a medical spouse club, and the wife of a Pathologist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an Army wife and mother, which are the best jobs in the world! My husband is a pathology resident for the Army, and we've made it through undergrad, Medical school, and residency all while I was going to school and having 2 little boys. Our third little boy is due in December, which we are very excited! I am the youngest of 6 children, and my parents trained us in the "ways of the Lord." They did their best to raise us kids in the gospel, and I'm very thankful for them. I am also a busy member of the local PTA and the medical spouses club, which I love both of them! I also like to teach piano, which I have a heart for music ever since I was little!

Why I am a Mormon

I have a great heritage of Mormons, and I was raised in the Mormon faith. I love the gospel principles that we are taught and that I can teach my boys. They are very much common sense, and it teaches us that Our Heavenly Father loves all of his children, from the very beginning to the now and will continue to do so!

How I live my faith

I love gospel! Nightly, before I go to sleep, I read from the Book of Mormon. I have learned so much from it. It doesn't just apply to the days of old, but it applies to our day too! We read the scripture stories to our children nightly. Weekly we have Family Home Evening, right now we are teaching our boys - mainly our oldest being 5 years old - the articles of faith and having him memorize them. Monthly, my husband and I try to attend the temple, and there is peace that you find at the temple that you find elsewhere. I am currently a Young Women advisor, and I love to teach the girls the gospel principles. It's coming to the end of days, and I hope that they will remember the gospel teachings that I try to teach and live every day. I am also very thankful that I get to go Visiting Teaching to the wonderful sisters that I do. It's fun to talk about the monthly gospel messages, and bounce ideas off each other about how we are living that principle. I love the gospel truly!
