About Me
I am 21 year old young man. I am attending collage and I am thinking of going into Aerospace Engineering. I have recently returned from serving a two year mission for the church. I served in the California Riverside Mission.
Why I am a Mormon
Why am I a Mormon? That is a good question. I am a Mormon because I have come to know that the Restored gospel of Jesus Christ is true! I have seen it change the lives of many, many people not just my own. I took the challenge that the Prophet Moroni gave at the end of the Book of Mormon in Moroni 10:3-5. He challenged us to read the Book of Mormon, ponder over it, and then to act and pray. I have prayed and come to know that this is Jesus Christ church on the earth today. I did this independent of any other person. It is my own witness from the Holy Ghost that drives me to be as obedient as I can to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ wants me to be a Mormon— So I AM!

How has the Book of Mormon brought you closer to God?
The Book of Mormon has brought me closer to my Father in Heaven because it teaches me the things that I need to do in my every day life. It is as the Prophet Joseph Smith taught the best book on the face of the earth. I know that it has brought peace to my life in time of trial. It brings peace, love and joy to me each time that I read it. The Book of Mormon simple teaches the commandments that I am expected to live each and every day. It is our hand book of instructions of how to draw closer to God.
How I live my faith
I strive to live my faith each and every day. I try to do my best in the things that Heavenly Father wants me to do. I want to make him proud of me. One of my deepest desires is to know that I am doing well in his eyes. I know that he is pleased with me as I live the commandants each day and as I fell peace and happiness that only comes from the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
