About Me
I love learning new hobbies and interests. I am very excited because I know that even though its hard I know that some day I can. I am temple sealed to my husband. We love each other very deeply. I just finished a four-year degree from a local college. My major was Sociology. From this I studied many different social problems in the world today, such as racism, poverty, and global health. I also learned demography meaning that I can appropriately measure population attitudes. I am very excited with where my life my or may not lead me. I have had the blessing of being growing closer to my family because of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Why I am a Mormon
I am a Mormon because I know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint is true. I have sealed this testimony in the silence of my heart. I knew that I had to join the true The Church of Jesus Christ on The Earth Today because I went to my friend's house who is Mormon. Within their home resides the most joyful, peaceful feeling. I try to do my best at everything, and sometimes life gets hard, but I know that the Lord is there for me. Jesus Christ loves me.

How does making right choices help us make more right choices?
Sometimes making the right choice seems hard for me. But, after I make the right choice the next time I have a hard decision to make the right choice becomes easier to me to see and act upon.
In what ways have your prayers been answered?
Sometimes answers come whilst I pray, sometimes, in the moment, sometimes I feel they don't come. And when I feel like I didn't an answer I trust The Lord to provide an answer. This happens because sometimes I know already the right answer, and other times I just to trust and wait the answer will come. I trust the Lord with my whole heart.
How can your talents and gifts bless others?
|I know that I have been given talents and gifts to bless my family. One talent that I have is a desire to help others around be happy. This blesses my family because I can tell when they are unhappy or stressed out and I want to do anything that might help. Sometimes its just listening to them, or giving a friend a ride. I find joy in doing things that make the lives of others around me easier.
How can we develop greater harmony in our homes?
I feel more harmony in my home as I pray with my husband and share with him things that uplift, and encourage me to try to be my best self. I also feel more harmony in my home when as a family my husband and I meet together and share principles of the Gospel and do thing that we both enjoy.

I am very grateful to Joseph Smith for his faithfulness to serve God. Through his service we are blessed to have the restored Gospel today. I know that he was called by God to be a prophet.
Which of the Savior’s teachings have influenced you in your life?
The faith that because of the Atonement of Christ, Our Savior overcame death and "hell." And because of the resurrection all those who receive a mortal body will be given salvation. A mortal body is a gift from Heavenly Father. This has helped me to treat my body as respectfully as possible by eating well and dressing modestly.
What has helped develop greater harmony in your home?
I follow The Lord, and The Spirit.
What are you doing to help strengthen your family and make it successful?
I try my best to make sure that we have family prayer every night before bed.
Why do Mormons go on missions?
Mormons go on missions because they feel that its the right thing for them to share the Good News of the Lord because of our love for others, and a desire for everyone to have the same blessings that we have because of the Gospel.
How has your knowledge of the Plan of Happiness changed/benefited your life?
The plan of Happiness has taught me that I can always turn away from my sins.The Plan of Salvation has also helped me realize that I am a child of God, and helped me realize His love for me.
Please explain the part prayer plays in your life?
Prayer allows me to feel guided, comforted, and loved by God.
How has the Book of Mormon brought you closer to God?
By reading the Book of Mormon I can see how the Lord works with His people. With the help of the Lord I have been able to apply the lessons in the Book of Mormon to my own life and see clearly why God is so important to me. The Book of Mormon has helped my love for God grow.
What is hope and what do you hope for?
Hope is faith in things unseen that are true. I hope with my whole heart that I can make it all the back to my Heavenly Father.
How has attending Church services helped you?
Every Sunday, I am given strength through The Sacrament to continue following the Lord until the following Sunday. Following after Jesus Christ can be difficult,but when I attend Church on Sunday I can hear of other overcoming their struggles and being blessed for their good acts. These give me strength to push forward in my own life and see the ways that God continues to bless me.
Could you talk about your baptism?
As a convert being being baptized meant a lot to me. There was a wonderful peace and sense of purity after being baptized. Even though I was going against the wishes of my family, but I knew that it was right. Being baptized meant a lot to me as a way to show God that I loved him and my willingness to obey his commandments.
How I live my faith
I am a nursery leader along with my husband. We are learning together the importance of families, especially how important it is to teach from a very young the importance of having Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and The Spirit in their lives.
