Hi, I'm Kristi
I am a student, the youngest of three children, a lover of books. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I am a student, working on finishing my Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Psychology. I have a passion for art, literature, fashion and baking -- and the lovely Audrey Hepburn too (she is my inspiration).
Why I am a Mormon
I was raised in this church by my parents. However, I have stayed with the gospel because I have gained a witness for myself that it is true. I know that the doctrines that I have been taught are true. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and wants the best for me.
Personal Stories
How has attending Church services helped you?
I lead a busy life between work and school, and Sundays tend to be my only day off. When I go to church, I am able to be uplifted and feel the spirit. Often through the hymns we sing, or the lessons prepared by others, I can learn more about my purpose in this life, and feel of my Savior's love for me. I am also able to partake of the Sacrament, which allows me to consider the atoning sacrifice of my Savior.
How I live my faith
I am currently a teacher in my ward and enjoy teaching every month. I am also (and will always be) a visiting teacher -- visiting with three or four women every month to share the gospel and learn how I can better serve them.
