Hi, I'm Tristan
I'm a country boy. I love music of all kinds. I'm a Mormon
About Me
Well, I'm 20 and I'm from Idaho. I'm a student in Utah. I want to major in music. I'd love to teach music to high school aged youth.
I love sports. Soccer is by far my favorite. I've been playing since I was about 4. I'm a goalie and defender.
I've traveled a little bit over different parts of the US. I've also been to Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. (Viva Chile!)
Why I am a Mormon
I was basically born into the Church. My mom has been a member since she was little, so we always followed the faith in my house. My dad was baptized when I was 6 years old, helping to reactivate my family. We have since been through periods of activity and inactivity.
When I went to the University, a lot of my friends were going to serve missions, but I wasn't going to Church at the time. After being around their good influence for so long, I decided to get active again and go on a mission.
I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior, and your's too. I know that he suffered, bled, died, and resurrected for us. I know that He is the Son of God, and that God is a loving Heavenly Father of each and every one of us.
I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God, as well as the Bible.
Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the Gospel of Christ to this earth once more, and Thomas S. Monson is guiding us today, receiving revelation directly from the Lord.
How I live my faith
I just barely got back from my mission in Chile, so that's what I've been doing. I have been talking with my leaders to see what I can do to help the people of my ward.
