Hi, I'm Judy
I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I am a Mormom.
About Me
I am a mother to 1 daughter and 4 sons. Being a mom is the most important thing I have ever done in my life. I enjoy being with my children and now grandchildren too.
I enjoy painting, sewing, reading, cooking, going to the gym and decorating my home. I love to create anything.
Much of my time now a days is volunteering. I love to serve my community and my church.
Why I am a Mormon
I love being a Mormon. I have been a member since I was 8 and have always been active in the church. I can't imagine my life without it. I love all the church programs that help us to become better people. Relief Society has helped me become a better wife, mother and friend. The church has helped all of my children in so many ways. It helps make parenting a lot easier.
I am grateful for my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know that we have a true and living prophet today, Thomas S. Monson who receives revelation from God that is for us. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I love His gospel and I love His church. I am so grateful to be a Mormon.
How I live my faith
I live my faith each day of my life. It's not a just a Sunday thing. I have had many callings in the church. I have learned much from every opportunity I have had to serve.
Currently I am serving as the president of the women's service organization in our ward. I help the women in our ward to prepare for the blessings of eternal life. I help coordinate help for the sick and the needy in our ward. I help to plan a monthly meeting for the women where they can come and enjoy an evening away from home where they can learn a skill or make something that will beautify their homes.
I love the women in our ward. They are truly my sisters.
