Chat With a Mormon Online
I am an electrical engineer. I enjoy remote control airplanes. I have a wife and 3 boys.
I have always been a Mormon. My parents were members of the church, so by default, I became one. There comes a point in every persons life where he has to decide for himself what path to follow. Before I served as a missionary for the church, I had to find out for myself if it really was true. I couldn't spend 2 years of my life sharing something I didn't know was true. So I did what every person has to do in order to gain their own testimony of the thruthfulness of the restored gospel. I knelt and prayed. Once I knew it was true, there was no turning back. My testimony increased more and more as I served a mission, and then in various callings in the church. I know the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church on the face of the earth. I know the Book of Mormon is true. I know Jesus Christ is our savior and redeemer. I know Joseph Smith was a prophet, just as Moses of old. I know that President Monson is a prophet, and guides the church as revealed to him from Jesus Christ. I know we have a Heavenly Father who loves us, and we can return to Him someday.
I attempt to live the standards of the church and be an example to those I work with.
