Hi, I'm Angela
I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I am married to Scott Smith. I have four wonderful children and six (soon to be seven) adorable grandchildren. I work full-time and I hope to serve a mission with Scott in a our senior years.
Why I am a Mormon
I joined the church along with my husband Scott when we lived in Mesa Arizona. After we had our first child we knew that we wanted to have God in our life so we were searching. We were influenced by another couple who we met through Scott's job. Their example and others around of, of happiness started us questioning their religion. Thirty plus years later (I never remember exactly), Scott and I are parents of four and grandparents of seven, soon to be eight grandchildren.
Our lives have been truly blessed since accepting the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Personal Stories
What have you done successfully to shield your family from unwanted influences?
When our children were growing up, TV was watched sparingly. We held family home evening each week and taught our children good values. When they were in high school, they attended early morning seminary, an hour of religious teaching, before school. They attended their weekly youth meetings and served in leadership capacities therein.
How I live my faith
I live my faith by attending church every Sunday, serving as a leader of our women's group and by trying each day to be better than I was the day before.
