Felicia: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Felicia

I love to laugh. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a university student excited to graduate soon with a bachelor’s in linguistics and minor in theatre. I grew up with the performing arts and love good plays, movies, and music. I recently had my first taste of world travel and now have caught the travel bug. I love experiencing and learning about other cultures.

Why I am a Mormon

I don't know what my life would be like without the knowledge and comfort that I've received from being a member of this church. Since I was a little kid, I loved learning, and I’ve recently realized the wonders of all that there is to learn. It may seem daunting at times but it is truly a spectacular blessing—this life is not the end, but a preparation for more to come. And while we’re here, we aren’t left to blindly stumble. Our loving Heavenly Father is there with us every step of the way and will answer anything we ask. No matter what, it will always turn out if we simply remember to keep Him involved and then trust in Him. He sent his son to atone for me (and you) individually. Jesus Christ truly knows every joy and heartache and will be there with us every step of the way.

How I live my faith

My religion is part of everything I do. We are taught principles and then given the trust to make our own decisions. Everything we do revolves around the Savior Jesus Christ. I live my faith by trying to always remember this. I attend a weekly religion class outside of my Sunday meetings and participate in daily personal prayer and scripture study. I need the Lord’s help every day, and when I invite him to be a part of my life, I’m always happier. I also try to serve others. As we are taught in the Book of Mormon, “when ye are in the service of your fellow beings, ye are only in the service of your God.” In my striving to be a disciple of Christ, I try to do as he would, and lift those around me. In so doing, I feel myself and my relationship with my Savior strengthened.
