Hi, I'm Ken McAllister
I grew up in Scarsdale and Manhattan, NYC. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
In this world of uncertanties I have been blessed by my faith as a manager in industry, working for a major air line, as a realtor, support team using computer software and father of a large family with a very supportive and loving wife.
Why I am a Mormon
After reading The Book of Mormon as a teenager, I knew the Church was true. My first ward teaching companion was Colonel Howard S. Bennion, the Stake Patriarch. Col. Bennion graduated No. 1 in the 1912 class of the West Point Military Academy. I loved visiting the Manhattan Ward members 1954-1957 with Brother Bennion. He was truly a man spiritually in turn with Heavenly Father.
How I live my faith
I have never declined a Church calling. The Lord has blessed me as I have kept the Sabbath day holy, served a mission, married in the temple and tried to magnify my Priesthood callings. For the past 34 years we have lived near Cincinnati, Ohio where we have seen great growth in the Church and its positive influence within the lives of people. The Church has the answers to many of life's searching questions such as where did I come from, why I am here and where I am going. The family is the foundation of our true happiness and existence. Please listen to the message of the missionaries when they visit your home. They can assist with your spiritual pursuits and you will receive eternal blessings in your quest for truth.
