Michael: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Michael

I'm an engineer. I'm a father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a happily married father of six children. I enjoy working as an engineer for a large semiconductor company with occasional business trips to design new products, visit customers, and speak at conferences. I enjoy time with my family -- taking my sweetheart on dates and having one-on-one activities with my children -- music, and all things related to computers and technology.

Why I am a Mormon

From as little as I can remember, I have had faith in Jesus Christ. I am grateful to see how my faith in Him has grown deeper as I've matured. My faith increases as I read the scriptures and words of latter-day prophets, pray, attend church with my family, and serve others. I love my family – first in my youth as a son and now as a father. My happiest moments have been with my family. I love how families can be eternal through marriage in the temple. I love seeing my little ones grow up unto the Lord. I am thankful for privilege of holding the priesthood - the authority to act in God's name. I am grateful to use this priesthood to bless my family and others.

How I live my faith

Our bishop tirelessly serves to bless the members of our ward. I am grateful to serve as his secretary. It gives me the blessing of helping him -- taking care of the details of his interview, visit, and meeting schedules -- so he can focus on on members and their needs.

In our community I volunteer as a merit badge counselor for our local Boy Scouts of America council. I love how the Boy Scouts teaches leadership, independence, and teamwork to young men.
