Hi, I'm Audrey
I'm a college kid and a published poet. I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I am a college student who is always on the move. I never seem to be able to stay in one place for very long because of my school schedule. With the help of God and loving family and friends, I have made it to my senior year. Some things that I like to do is spend time with my family and friends, read, write, watch movies, go to plays, concerts, and other performances. I'm a friend, a sister,a niece, a granddaughter, and a daughter. Most importantly, I am a Child of God, just like all of you.
Why I am a Mormon
Why am I a Mormon? I'm a Mormon because I found out for myself that the doctrines and principles that are taught within this church are true. I know that there is a living God today, who has an infinite amount of love for His children, who were created after His image. He came up with a Plan to have His children continue to progress and to become like Him and to live with Him again, united for eternity with our loved ones. This is what makes life worth living, knowing that there is a way for us to be united with our dearest friends and families forever. This I know is true. This is why I'm a Mormon.

How can we develop greater harmony in our homes?
The best way to develop greater harmony in our homes is to lose ourselves in service to our family or to those whom we live with. As the oldest child in my family, I was able to serve my younger siblings by helping them with their homework, or by playing a game with them that they would like to play. When I was living at home with my parents, I would help cook the family meals, or do chores that would need to get done. Now that I am attending college, I have taken the things which I have learned and applied them. I try to serve each one of my roommates, either by taking care of their chore for the week, or writing them an uplifting note, or talking and listening to them about anything that they would like to discuss. I've realized that as I continue to give service to others, I see them as God sees them. I develop a love for them, which helps develop greater harmony in the home where we live at.
How I live my faith
Some things that I do to live my faith is to be obedient to the Lord's teachings that I learn from attending church, praying, reading my scriptures, and so on. Some things that I have done within this church are fulfilling the callings that I had been given. These included being someone who let the members of the church know what was happening during the service, as well as events happening during the week, as well as helping members of the church do their family history, as well as teaching members of the church about the gospel. Anyway, these are just some of the things that I do to live my faith.
