Brad : Family man, Fisherman, iPhone Developer, IT Auditor, Sports Enthusiast, Techie, Mormon.

Hi, I'm Brad

I'm an IT Auditor. I enjoy creating iPhone apps and playing basketball and racquetball in my spare time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Oregon and now live in Texas. I lived in the Dominican Republic for a couple years and learned to speak Spanish. I got my degree in Information Systems Management and currently work as an IT Auditor. I enjoy sports, games, technology and any combination of the three. Racquetball and Basketball are my sports of choice.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was raised Mormon by great parents, I had to make my own decision as a teenager about what was right for me. My heart was converted to Mormonism over a period of time as I read the Book of Mormon daily and became closer to my Savior, Jesus Christ. My life began to transform during my 9th grade year, a time when I really began to become who I am today. Through the inspired words of the Book of Mormon, I learned that God loves me and knows me. I learned that Jesus Christ came to earth to suffer for my sins that I might partake of salvation as I follow him. I learned how to pray and receive answers to my prayers. Since that time as a high school boy, I've had countless experiences that have reaffirmed to my heart that I am living the life that God wants for me. I am so grateful to be a member of His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

Jessica and I have the great privilege at church of teaching the 7 and 8 year old children. Each Sunday we prepare a lesson about a different topic of the gospel and teach it to them- for example, last week we taught them about prophets. These children have been a great joy to teach!
