Victoria : Mormon.

Hi, I'm Victoria

I love to tell people about Jesus Christ.

About Me

I'm married and have 5 step children. My favorate subject in school was math and I work as a real estate investor. For many years I worked in finance and selling various products. I hope to go on a mission someday and be able to share the gospel. I coverted to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The holy spirit confirmed to me that this doctrine is true. My hope is that you are able to find the happiness I've found, by following the teachings of Jesus Christ. As this world gets harder and harder to live in, I know I have my friends and family in the church. There is a ward family waiting for anyone willing to open their heart. If you choose to be open and ask God if this gospel is true, you will recieve blessings of confirmation and love.

Why I am a Mormon

I find great comfort in reading the true doctrine of Jesus Christ. This church is the most amazing place on earth. I used to avoid going to church because I felt a let down upon experiencing what went on in other churchs. Upon leaving the LDS church building I feel a let down as the spirit in church is so much better than in the world. I wish everyday was Sunday! My conversion story is awesome and hard to tell in this small space. Essentially I met enough Latter Day Saints that assisted me in realizing that the things which I had heard, such as the church was a cult, were not true and I should check it out. I'm so grateful to our heavenly father that he led me on this great path to happiness. I know the church is true, that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, that there are prophets and apostles on the earth today. The LDS church is the living church of Jesus Christ our savior and redeemer.

Personal Stories

How has your knowledge of the Plan of Happiness changed/benefited your life?

Before finding this gospel I was wealthy, happily married and I still felt something missing in my life. I wondered, Why am i here? What is God's purpose for sending me here? Is this life all there is? Through my search to answer these questions I found this gospel. I'm so grateful and happy that I've found the LDS church! Anything that is hard becomes easy for me because I now know what is truely important. The truthfulness of the church is something all of us have to find out for ourselves. I hope you find this type of happiness in your search for truth!

How I live my faith

I am a ward missionary which means I help people who recently join the church to feel comfortable and are learning what they seek to learn. Whatever assistance they may need in their lives, I guide them to the place where they may find what they are seeking. There are such a wide variety of needs that I'll tell you a few.

I go and help mothers with children when they need rides or a babysitter. Some are widows and just listening to what is on their minds is helpful to them. Others need food and I set up an appointments for them to meet with our bishop. He has a plan for those who are poor or in need of food. I go to their homes and pray with them about their troubles and we read scriptures together.

Mostly my calling is to love those who are new to the gospel of Jesus Christ and I show them through Christlike actions that they are indeed welcome in the house of God. I'm attempting to magnify my calling, but there is always room for improvement. We are all sinners and Jesus expects us to do our best and he makes up the difference. Thanks to many loving saints I've been able to change and I'm so grateful to be able to assist others. I've seen many people transform their lives for the better and this brings me great joy!
