About Me

my name is byron, i was born in Johannesburg south africa and loved it to bits it is a very lovely place south africa, my family consists of one brother, two sisters and my parents i love my family bearl . When i was 14 i moved to Perth Australia it was a time in my life when i was new to the country and there was all these new people around and a big change in culture aswell.. But the one thing about the church is that it is the same every where and it played and big part in the move over to Australia. wen i moved over to Australia i took up golf as a sport it is an awesome sport and i love it, i also play rugby. I am currentaly serving a two year mission in Melbourn Australia and it is awesome am loving every moment of it. it is indeed a well spent two year and every minute it wouth it.

Why I am a Mormon

well i was burn and raised up in the church. have loved every moment of been in the church and the poeple to. when growing up i didn't have a testmony abouth the truth fullness of the gosple so i read the book of mormon and prayed about it and that is how i got my testmony and now loving life and serving a mission for the chuch in melbourne Australia

How has attending Church services helped you?

attending church has helped me get a better relationship with my heavanly father and Jesus Christ. it also helps with the family and get the friends that i have right now. my friends have played a big role in my life and helped me get to where i am now. friends r verry important in the gosple

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church on Sundays and all the meeting that is requide of me i also live by the laws and ordinases that i made at baptism and they have helped me stay strong in the gospel. i am currentely serving a two year mission for the church and every minute of it has been worth it..

What do Mormons believe about family?

the church of jesus christ of later day saints belive that famlies can live together forever, not only in this life but in the life after this. Familys play a big part in the gosple one of the teacking is that familys can be to gether forever. nowing that has brought me great happyness and joy. i love my family

The family is a key component to support us in God's plan for gaining immortality and eternal life. All of God's children (all the inhabitants that lived, are living, and will live on Earth) are inseperably connected to each other, both (physically) by our Earthly families and (spiritually) by our Heavenly Father.

Families help us to understand our divine heritage. In this, life takes on purpose and meaning. Our immortal spirits were created by our Heavenly Father before Earthly existance, and we are directly connected to Him in this way. As a spiritual family, our collective purpose on Earth is to follow the commandments of God that lead us to live in heaven with Him again.

Our spirits need to progress, learn, and grow. In order to achieve that, Earthly existance was created as our test. Our Heavenly Father knew that being exposed to opposing forces on Earth was the only way for us to gain knowledge and wisdom.

However, we will not always choose righteousness, and so our Savior, Jesus Christ, is that great mediator to pay the debt of our mistakes. He is the only way by which we can be saved from our sins and transgressions. He is the ultimate example by which direction we need to live our lives. With the support of our earthly kin, we can learn from each other, serve each other, and strengthen our mortal weaknesses by being disciples of Christ. Our families are a gift from God, and we can be together forever.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

If you can commit to yourself and God to give all you have to discovering for yourself if the church is true through living the principles taught and asking God, in the name of Christ, to reveal the truth to you, I can give you my personal witness you will feel in your heart the comforting reassurance that you have found the truth.
