About Me
I am a husband and a father who has lived most of the last ten years in the mid-west. My wife and I met in Chicago while we were both attending graduate school although we were in different schools and in different programs. We spend most of our free time right now chasing after our young children, which we consider time well spent.
Why I am a Mormon
It comes down to belief for me. I believe in God the Father, and in His son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost. I believe that God and Christ appeared to Joseph Smith and told him to restore the church of Christ on the earth. I believe these things because I have prayed about them and received confirmation from the Holy Ghost that they are true.
How I live my faith
One of the biggest ways I live my faith is by trying to be kind to others, regardless of how much I know them and under the circumstances in which we meet. As with many goals in life, this is a long-term process which I try to improve upon as time goes by. Fortunately, the only person I need to be better than is who I am right now.
