Tyler Voss: Provo, Faith, Missionary, Laughter, Mormon.

Hi, I'm Tyler Voss

The road of life should contain laughter and that's what I strive for. I love life, and Yes I am a Mormon!

About Me

I love life!!! Everythings is FANTASTIC!!! If I could stare at the stars all night I would!

Laughter is THE BEST medicine. Living Life is the way to be!

Making people Laugh is the greatest! Helping them to be happy.

I have been raised in the church my whole life. At a young age it was difficult for me to understand why I couldn't do certain things. Had a sort of rebellious time, However during that time I came to the realization as to why i wasn't supposed to do certain things. After a period of repenting, I got my Patriachal Blessing and received some great news. Within a week things mentioned in that blessing were occouring. That was just the beginning of my Testimony being strengthened.

Later on, I was extended a few callings in the church, which I accepted. These callings stretched me and taught me many things.

My ultimate goal was to go on a Misison.

On December 15, 2010 I entered the doors at the Provo Utah Missionary Training Center.
I will be serving in the Hartford Connecticut / Boston Mass. Mission.
My return time from my mission is December 27, 2012. Just Before a New year begins.

Sharing the Gospel with people is the Greatest thing that we as human beings could ever do, sharing that our Heavenly Father Knows each and everyone of us and loves us all for who we are. That is a Great Comfort.

I love life and everything within the process of life. Everything helps us learn and grow to become better.

Why I am a Mormon

There is More Hope. I know I can Hope for a better life and once I die I can hope to return to my Father in Heaven.

More Has been revealed to me about this life and the next through being a "Mormon".

I know that my Redeemer lives more clearly than ever before because of my study of the Scriptures which includes: The King James Bible, And The Book of Mormon. Which when read together you have the Fullness of the Everlasting Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Personal Stories

Why do Mormons go on missions?

Going on a Mission is showing Heavenly Father your willingness to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all his sons and daughters.

Its a way for me to attempt to give back to my Father in Heaven for all the things he's done for me.

A Mission is a way to share the happiness you know, with those who don't know The Good News about Jesus Christ.

How has attending Church services helped you?

Many times I have gone to church with a question. Most of the time someone gives a talk in church that answers my question and reassures me that Heavenly Father Answers Prayers.

Why/How do you share the gospel with your friends?

I share the Gospel with my Friends because I love them.

The way I see it is, You and your friend are standing at the Judgement bar of God. He or she turns to you and says "Why? Why did you not tell me about this great and Everlasting Gospel?". I do not want my friends to think that I don't care for them. Therefore I will share the gospel with them. wether they accept it or reject it is up to them.

but I know that when that day comes and I stand at the Judgement bar of God I can say, "Heavenly Father I tried, but I cannot effect their agency".

I think the best way to share the Gospel is by Example, so by not drinking or smoking or doing things others do and by standing by my standards I believe and know that is the best way to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Please explain the part prayer plays in your life?

Prayer has played a HUGE part in my life.

Several times in life I've had no idea as to what I should do.

I prayed to our Heavenly Father, first i had made a decision as to what I wanted to do. If I received an answer that it was the correct choice then i followed it. However, if i received no answer and got a stupor of thought, I would then select another option and pray about that.

I haven't always received a definite Yes or No. sometimes I've gotten no answer. Which i've taken as He is trusting me to make the decision.

I cannot even number the Times that prayer has helped me.

I know that Pray can and Will benefit everyones lives. You are not talking to air or space, you are talking to your Literal Heavenly Father!

Its really easy to pray, doesn't have to be complex at all.

Basically, you identify your Heavenly Father, Its like if you wanted to talk to a man named Carl you would say Carl not just start talking and everyones confused. You then Thank your Heavenly Father for what he has given you, and ask for things , Like blessings on Families that are going through a hard time.
you conclude by saying "In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen".

so simple, and So rewarding.

I love being able to communicate with my Father in Heaven.

How I live my faith

I live my Life one day at a time. If Heavenly Father lets me Live another day, I strive harder that day then the previous to do what he wants me to do.

It's not always the easy route but in the long run it's always worth it.

When you have hope for another day there is no need to fear or be afraid, because I know that Heavenly Father Loves me and cares for me and will always be there for me when no one else may be.

I live my Life in accordance with the Gospel as much as I can. Though I am not perfect I still strive for perfection in my actions. Repentance however is still a big part, and also realizing that somethings we cannot do on our own.

With our Heavenly Fathers help however we can do anything he asks us to do. There's always a way to accomplish the tasks that he gives us.

I know that Heavenly Father Loves me and YOU and cares for US all no matter where we come from on earth we still are his literal SONS and DAUGHTERS.
