About Me

I am 21 years old. I am currently fulfilling my dream to serve a full time mission in New York New York South! I have absolutely fallen in love with the Spanish Language and am more than excited to teach the people of NY. I am the oldest of 7 and am from Gilbert Arizona. I was an EFY Counselor and love nothing more than serving my Heavenly Father. I aspire to be a loving mother and wife and to start a family someday of my own. I love fining the simple joys in life. Such like seeing a little child walk for the first time, helping someone by serving them, or especially seeing someone come to a knowledge and accepting this true Gospel. I do not think that there is a greater joy in this life, then seeing others come unto Christ. I love this Church more than anything and am excited to see what other joys life has to offer and other ways that I can serve him.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the Church all my life. However I have truly have come to have that desire to truly follow my savior and his example. I want to emulate my savior and do as he did. I get no greater joy than from living the commandments and helping others come onto the knowledge of Christ. I love the joy that the gospel brings. It truly makes me happy knowing that I can be with my family now and throughout the eternitys. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is such a priviledge. I am so excited to be able to share this knowledge with others and bring that same joy that I feel unto their lives.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by my every day living. Living my life in a way that is pleasing to my Heavenly Father. I love looking for opportunitys to serve my Heavenly Father. One of my favorite scriptures is Mosiah 219 " When you are in the service of your fellow beings, ye are only in the service of your God". So when we serve others, being Heavenly Fathers Children we are in turn serving him. I also love being immersed in the scriptures. I love searching the scriptures for answers to my questions in life. For like it says in 2 Nephi 323 that the scriptures will tell you ALL things by which you should do. So I know and have a strong testimony that the scriptures do have answers to lives biggest questions. I love being a representative of our lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know that we can ultimately become more and more like our Savior by living,loving and serving as he did. If we pattern our lives like his we will ultimately become like him, which also means becoming closer to him. I hope that I can be the type of person that people will want to get to know me, because they can see the light of the Savior in my eyes.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon to be is by far the BEST way to live. I have never felt so much peace in my life from knowing and having that knowledge that I am a literal Daughter of my Heavenly Father who loves me. I love knowing that I have a plan and a reason for being placed on this earth. I have a purpose and a Heavenly Father who wants nothing but the best for me!Being a Mormon makes me want to shout for joy! Having the restored gospel in my life and knowing that the TRUE church is once again on this earth brings me so much happiness. Being a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints brings me so much joy, and makes me want to share this truth and knowledge with everyone that I know. In fact, that is the VERY reason why I am serving a Mission. Also knowing that I can be with my family for Eternity, now there is no greater joy than that. I love being Mormon. I can not think of ANY way better to live

Being a Mormon is just like being anyone else. We eat, sleep, go to work, vote, date, marry, etc. There are, of course, things that we don't do such as drink or smoke, see explicit films or pictures, but I think that helps us become better people. By avoiding temptations we're able to live happier, fuller lives while still enjoying those things that God put us on Earth to enjoy. We were placed on this Earth to be happy and, for me, that's what being a Mormon is like-being happy.

A. You could go to a mormon.org profile from someone in your area that has a facebook link, and locate them that way!
B. You could go to the link on mormon.org that says "request the missionaries"
C. You could go to the link that says " Find a Church" and come visit us. We all would be more than happy to meet you to and explain why this message is so important for all of us.
