How can your talents and gifts bless others?

I used to feel like I was one of those people who didn't really have any talents. I was good at lots of thing but not really great at anything. In college I picked a major that I never really enjoyed. After I got married my husband and I moved around a lot and I was forced to work at jobs that were "less-than-idea" making minimum wage. I started to wonder what it was that I was supposed to be doing. What was I good at? I had always loved art, crafts and being creative and so I decided to pursue Interior Design. This meant starting completely over again in college. It was hard work. There were many times I thought I was going to quit. But I believe strongly that Heavenly Father was guiding me along and supporting me and when it was tough the Holy Ghost would whisper and remind me that this is what I was supposed to be doing and I couldn't quit.
I graduated and started my own small business out of my home. I love the feeling of doing something that I truly love. It's an incredible gift. I believe that our Homes can be Heaven on earth if we let them be. I strive to bring a sense of order, peace and beauty to spaces and rooms. I love creating spaces that families can gather in and be surrounded by beauty.
I'm not saving lives or changing the world with my talents but I do feel that I am uplifting and beautifying the world. I am using the talents that God has blessed me with in the best way I know how.
