Hi, I'm Joe
I'm a soldier, football fan, alcoholic (sober) and I'm a Mormon.
About Me
I enjoy reading fantasy, woodworking, and the occasional RPG video game.
I have a lovely wife and three onery children. Two girls and a rotten boy. I love them all more than the world.
I had a bumpy road and am still puttering along it seems but it gets easier and easier everyday I put one foot in front of the other. Seeing both the good and bad of life makes me want to try even harder for my wife, my children and for my heavenly father. I still am in awe of my savior and the love he has for each and everyone of us.
Why I am a Mormon
I can't deny the truth of the matter. I have testimony and it grows everyday that I live and see the amazing things that happen in my life.
Personal Stories
What is hope and what do you hope for?
In the Army we have a saying that "hope isn't a plan, but it is the coarse of action". Hope is believing that there has got to be a way to get it done, to make it happen to save the day even. As for me what I hope for, well it is a bit complicated. I hope my mistakes don't carry over into the next generation. I hope for the future.
How I live my faith
I try my best to help with as many service projects and to support the ward missioaries as much as possible. I know at the same time that I am only one man but I beleive if we can balance home work and the gospel then we are probably doing alot more of the gospelthan any thing else
