About Me
I'm Elder Freebairn! I enjoy biking, drawing, writing, badminton, and preaching the Gospel. I've spent my whole life in Northern California, but now I'm serving a mission in South Carolina. I'll admit, I was a bit surprised when I got called to be a Spanish elder in the South, but I've really come to love it now.
I think one of the most important parts of my life is that I have an older sister who is blind and autistic. She's a real sweet girl and I love her. I also have three other sisters and a brother, all older than me. I've never been left alone about the fact that I'm "the baby of the family." Haha!
¡Yo soy Elder Freebairn! Me gusta andar en bici, dibujar, jugar badminton, y predicar el evangelio. Hace toda mi vida que yo vivo en Norte California, pero ya estoy sirviendo una misión en Sur Carolina. De veras, yo estuve sorprendido cuando fui llamado para ser misionero de español en el Sur, pero ya me he puesto a amarlo.
Creo que una de las partes más importantes de mi vida es que yo tengo una hermana que es ciega y autística. Ella es muy amorosa y la quiero. Tambien tengo tres hermanas y un hermano, y todos son mayores que yo. Sí, soy el "bebe de la familia." ¡Jaja!
Why I am a Mormon
Why am I a Mormon? Because of the happiness I have in my life through the Savior's Atonement, which is means the suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The peace that I feel as I read the Book of Mormon and the Bible are what truly make me realize the importance of this church and that it has been restored to the earth through a modern-day prophet. I won't say that I've been a perfect person, but I know I'm trying and that God loves each and every one of us. I'm a Mormon because God's power, authority, and all of His blessings are found in this church.
¿Por qué soy mormón? Por causa de la felicidad que hay en mi vida por medio de la Expiación del Salvador, la cual es el sufrimiento, la muerte, y la resurrección de Jesucristo. La paz que yo me siento al leer el Libro de Mormón y la Biblia es la cosa que me hace reconocer la importancia de esta iglesia y que ella había sido restaurada a la tierra por un profeta moderno. No voy a decir que haya sido una persona perfecta, sino que yo sé que estoy tratando y que Dios nos ama a cada uno de nosotros. Soy mormón porque el poder, la autoridad, y todas las bendiciones de Dios se encuentran aquí en esta iglesia.
How I live my faith
I live my faith by being a missionary! I love telling others about the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
