Stacy: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Stacy

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mother of four. I am entering a new phase of life where all my children are in school during the day. Although, I miss them immensely during those hours they are not home, I look forward to the time I have to strengthen myself. Whether it be spiritually, physically, or emotionally. I feel that by doing this I will in turn strengthen my husband and children.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I feel a love for my Heavenly Father that bonds can not break. He sent His son, Jesus Christ, for me and by so doing has won my heart. It is in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that I learn how to return to Him.

Personal Stories

How has The Book of Mormon helped you understand the purpose of life?

Through daily study, I have found simple, yet profound answers to the purpose of life. I know now that we came from a premortal existence where we dwelled as spirits with a Heavenly Father and with each other. We chose this plan to come to earth to receive a physical body and to obtain the many blessings that were in store for us through our obedience to God's commandments.

From the Book of Mormon, I learn of our Savior and of His life and mission on this earth. I have learned that it is by His example we are to live our lives.

I have also learned the steps that are necessary to return back the presence of our Heavenly Father when our life in this state ends.

The peace and comfort this knowledge brings is priceless to me and I am so grateful.

What are you doing to help strengthen your family and make it successful?

Strengthening my family can be a trying experience, but I know it's a battle that is worth fighting everyday. My family is of up most importance to me and I find it my responsibility to do all that can. Not every day is so hard and it's in those moments that I see the blessings we receive from our diligence. I know my children can come home to a safe haven and that they are loved. Their self worth is built here and I hope that it will give them the strength they need when they are out in the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be obedient to the commandments. I attend my church meetings in an effort to learn all I can and take what I learn and teach and practice it in my home.
