About Me

I'm a stay at home mom who home schools our daughter. I'm from England and am a convert to the church. I am a twin and love photography. I have completed a triathlon.

Why I am a Mormon

I have faith that our family will be together forever, I believe the book of Mormon to be the word of God. I believe in the power of the Priesthood.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith daily by being a good example to my daughter.
I pray daily and live up to the covenants I have made in the Temple.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is like being yourself but you will find more happiness through the gospel of Jesus Christ so you will a better yourself you won’t want to do the things you know are wrong. People will know that you are following Christ and they will respect you for that even if they tease you about it at first. You don’t have to change your personality but you will change the way you look at life and find more respect and love for Christ and what He did for you and for me.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Absolutely not! While we definitely serve the members of our own church, we believe that ALL men and women on this earth are sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father. Therefore, we are all one in purpose. Mormons serve people throughout the world on a local/personal level as well as on a global level. Members of our church are able to donate money, which is distributed throughout the world to people and nations in need, especially in times of trouble and disaster. It is also common for members of the church to organize activities where materials for humanitarian aid are gathered and distributed.
