I am growing up in Mesa. I am living the roller coaster of high school. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest child of four in my family. I like to run, annoy my brothers, and shop with my sister. I love to play Just Dance with my friends every weekend. School is not the greatest, but it's a necessity. I play the piano, especially church hymns, and Taylor Swift music.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know it is the only true church on the earth. It brings me the endless happiness I need in my life and helps me work through every trial I have. It teaches me why I am here, and where I am going. Without this knowledge of the gospel I would not be the person I am. The teachings of Jesus Christ will help me to go back to Heavenly Father someday, which is the ultimate gift.

How can we develop greater harmony in our homes?

I can help there to be greater harmony in my home when I choose to be a peacemaker. If I decide to let little things go and treat my family the way they should be treated, everyone is in a happier mood. A family that communicates and prays together stays together.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by constantly having a prayer in my heart and reading scripture stories that I can then apply to my life. Everyday at school I attend Seminary class. It helps me study the scriptures in an entire new depth. I choose to only partake of things that are good for my body so I can treat it like a creation of God. I also choose to only involve uplifting things in my life that will help me learn to be a more righteous daughter of God. I try to be a force for good and make everyone feel loved. I spend Sundays with my family instead of shopping with my friends so I can show my love to God.

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

We need to take care of our bodies because God created them and so we are children of God. Drinking and doing drugs will only harm our bodies and will never make our life better. When we are active and eat better foods, we will feel good, and be able to do everything that we need to accomplish. If we are tired and feel sick, we can't be our happiest self and fulfill God's work.

Live it. If you can commit to yourself and God to give all you have to discovering for yourself if the church is true through living the principles taught and asking God, in the name of Christ, to reveal the truth to you, I can give you my personal witness you will feel in your heart the comforting reassurance that you have found the truth.
