I'm a Latter day saint . i love the church i'm a recent convert baptized in feb 2011. I am preparing for a mission.

About Me

i love writeing music. i am currently studying at college in a btec national diploma in music and music tech.
i love attenting church and and going out with the missionries. i was born in halifax england and moved to bridlington when i was five also in england my dream is to be seald in the salt lake temple to my wife and be with her and my family forever i love to serve others and my saviour jesus christ and heavenly father.

i want to go on a mission then settle in a family lol but overall the church is a big part off my life apart from my family i love them so much my sister and i are the only church members in my family but i baptized my sister two weeks after me and my best friend too was epic i love the spirtit i feel when baptizing :D

one day we will all be together beyond the vieal :D and meet i cant wait to meet all my family spirt brothers and sisters :D xx

Why I am a Mormon

I am a latter day saint(morman) simply becuse i know the truth i know that jesus is the christ. this is the restored gospel joesph smith was a prophet.i know jesus christ he atoned for are sins we can be washed of are sins. if anyone reading this thinks they can never find forgiveness they can through are saviour jesus christ and his atonement. i love the gospel after my mission i will marry my fience danielle she is a convert too brothers and sisters we all can have eternal life be in familes in the eternitys.
i will always live the gospel were not all perfect we will make mistakes never give up on the saviour and the saviour will not give up on you just as are father in heaven you trust him and his son they will never give up on you or your family i know that.

brothrs and sisters this church is true i know this with all my heart and i also know the book of morman is true.
The saviour lives so does are heavenly father i was not there when he atoned for are sins or when the prophet joesph saw the saviour and heavenly father. i also was not there when the preisthood was restored but i know that it was restored. i have seen the preisthood work it is real. i know that the holy ghost is real it guides me on a regular basis if am worthy of its blessings. personal revlation is real the church is built on the rock of revalaation. sre saviour lives i love him he loves me and you and anyone you know he wants us to reach out to him. we can be together forever. jesus is the saviour of the world in the name of jesus christ amen

joseph smith was the choosen prophet to usher in this dispensation i know that by the power of the holy ghost he wouldnt give u his life and family for something that was not true unless he had the knowledge that he was able to see his wife his kids in the eternitys and next life i thank him for restoreing the gospel for his work the example he shown by coping with persicution showing us wat service to the lord is more tahn reading and praying but aveing the courge to stand alone and serving the lord

How I live my faith

with a smile on my face and love in my heart love and love some more we all need heaven and the saviour and are father in heaven i live with the knowlge of eternal life and know of the surity he love us and keep his commands you will be blessed serve a mission get married in the temple :D xx

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

a husdend and wife can be together forever withs the keys that have been restored by elijah to the prophet joesph smith we can be together forever this is the goal of every latter day saint been worthy of this ordinace is vital i know that familys and husbends and wifes can be together forever :D x

YES!!! This is one of my favorite parts of the gospel. I believe that my family will live together in heaven. I will know my family as my family members. My husband is my husband for now and for all eternity. My children are my children here on earth and for all eternity. I know that if something happened to one of us that I will see them again. I love this about the church. Before joining, I always had a question about this concept and when taking the discussions from the missionaries this came up. Makes me love the church more and more.

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

No. The church advocates principles and doctrine but does not endorse a certain political party or candidate. If you look in the United States Congress, you'll see members of the Mormon church sitting on both sides of the aisle from the current Senate Majority Leader to a 2008 presidential candidate.

However, the church is involved in the public arena when political initiatives intersect with principles of Christ's gospel. When this happens, the church will release a statement advocating certain principles and encouraging members to uphold these principles. This type of action often leads to confusion. Church support for an initiative for religious reasons should not be taken to imply support for a particular political party. These are two distinctly separate activities.
