A Stage Techicain, A Singer, A Missionary and Yes, I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Ogden Utah and I have served a Mission to Houston Texas. I love to work on stage (Build Sets, Design Lights and Sound and just have Fun). I have ether been in or crewed for a few plays. Singing is a nice way to make life upbeat. I love to go rock climbing, swimming, boating or lazer tagging! Playing soccer, rugby or volleyball and friends and family make these things all the better! Reading books is also one of my favorite things to do in life. I have a niece and 4 nephews. They bring much joy and happiness into my life and are way fun to play with. I love to cook and eat next to anything. Life is good and God is great.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church and I have never left. Being a Member brings with it the spirit of Christ in our life's. I am a member because its true, and it helps me through life.

How has the Holy Ghost helped you?

The Holy Ghost is a most powerful resource. It helps me find out the path I should take in life. It lets me know the will of the Father. It helps me see beyond what I can see and know beyond what I know. It comforts me when I am sad and protects me when I am endangered. With out it I would fell as good as I do and would probably have been in at lest three car wrecks.

How can we develop greater harmony in our homes?

Come unto Christ. If you think of a triangle with God being the top, you are one corner and your family is the other corner. As you and your family both draw closer unto Christ, you become closer together.

How does making right choices help us make more right choices?

Yes it dose. When you make a right choice and you can truly see in hind-sight the blessings you got for making the choice and the consequences that would of happened if you made the wrong choice. Your desire to make more right choices in the future will increase.

What has helped develop greater harmony in your home?

The Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ and the fact that I will be with my family forever unites us. We strive to be a family that will want and will enjoy each others company forever. We set goals that are in the gospel that help my family stay united like family trips to the temple, family scripture study and prayer and family night.

How I live my faith

Be and example and be a Friend. Every one needs a friend.

Why is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints called Mormons or Mormonism?

We are called "Mormons" because we read a book call "The Book of Mormon". The Book of Mormon is a book of scripture comparable to the Bible. While the Bible is a record of God Children in the Holy Lands, The Book of Mormon is a record of Gods Children in the Americas. The Book of Mormon goes hand in hand with the Bible. Nothing can replace the Bible and we do not in any way try to. If you think of the two books like cups and the gospel like a stick. when ether are alone you can see the gospel but not walk it but when you use booth books with the gospel the cups make the stick a bridge instead of a titter totter.

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

Members of the Church are encouraged to be actively involved in their communities. This involvement may even include political activity. The Church is made up members who hold differing political views, positions and opinions. While the Church will support any measure or position that will allow for the free practice of our religion, and the strengthening and supporting of families in general, it does not endorse any specific person involved in political activity, platform, or party.
