I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, now I have a family and we live AZ, I love music and photography, I'm a Mormon.

I'm a person who loves life, I love my family. I enjoy music, photo's, technology and also helping others every time I can.
I'm a dad, I have 4 kids and a beautiful wife.
I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I have the best friends in the world down there, half of my life I been in the United States, it has trully been a bleasing for my family and I.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church since I was five, it's been such a blessing for me. Growing up in the church helped me understand why things happen, and what God's plan is for me. I lost my mother when I was a kid and now I know that becuase of God's plan I can be with her and my family for an eternity.

When I go to church I can feel the Holy Ghost confirming that what I'm listening and learning is true.

I'm thankful that Jesus Christ died for all of us and was chosen by our heavenly father to carry on with his plan, his plan is perfect, it gives us many blessings and the oportunity to live for ever as a family.

Please explain the part prayer plays in your life?

Being able to do so helps me daily, every time I have a doubt about anything, or I need guidance of any way, I know that I can pray and realy know that I will receive an answer.
We also do daily family prayers, every time we sit on the table and before we go to sleep, we have so much to thank our heavenly father for!

How I live my faith

I help the church by taking on my callings in a serious way, I was called the President of Sunday School at my last branch and now in my new ward I was called as the First Consulor the the Young Men's Presicendy. I have the blessing to work with all the teenagers in the ward and be able to share my experiences and my testimony with them, I really enjoy when I'm able to help others in any way I can.

I enjoy going to church every sunday, and be able to learn about the gospel.

I'm very thankful for all the blessings given to me and my family.

What is done with the tithing that Mormons pay?

The principle of tithing, or voluntarily giving one tenth of one’s income to God’s work, has been known since Old Testament times. Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek (Genesis 14:17-20).

The law of tithing is how the Lord funds His Church. Today all faithful members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints contribute one tenth of their income as tithing. Tithing funds are used for:
■Constructing temples, chapels, and other buildings.
■Providing operating funds for the Church.
■Funding the missionary program (This does not include individual missionary expenses.)
■Preparing materials used in Church classes and organizations.
■Temple work, family history, and many other important Church functions.
■Education.

When the Lord reminded His people of this law through the prophet Malachi in the Old Testament, He promised to bless those who were willing to pay an honest tithe (Malachi 3:10).

Tithing is paid in faith. I know these funds will not be misused. I pay tithing because it is a commandment, and because I love God and want to give Him back a small porion of what He has given me, to futher build up His church. These funds go to build and maintain church buildings and temples and other like expenses. Our clergy is not paid. There is no collection plate. We simply pay our tithing, our fast offerings, we share what we have gladly. This is God's way. For this is God's church.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

The word "testimony" is used frequently by members of The Church. When they use this, what they mean is they have knowledge that a certain principle or doctrine is true because they have studied it, and received a witness of it from the Holy Ghost. For example, to gain a 'testimony' of the Book of Mormon, you read it, study it, and ask Heavenly Father if it is true. He will typically respond with a feeling of peace or happiness. This feeling is the witness from the Holy Ghost that the Book of Mormon is true. Once you receive this witness, you have built a testimony of the Book Of Mormon. This process can be applied to any aspect of The Church, or your life.
