I love to read. I love to dance. I love to watch movies. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have never been outside the United States, but want to very much. I love animals and being outdoors. I love camping, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and star-gazing. I love traveling with my family.
Why I am a Mormon
I became a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when I was 12. My mom grew up a member of the L.D.S. church and stopped going after she graduated high school. A pair of 19 year old boys came into contact with my family and we became close friends with them. My dad and I were baptized on February 8th, 2004 in Norman, Oklahoma. I was baptized by my uncle and my dad was baptized by one of the missionaries that taught us. I joined because I knew/know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me. I knew/know that I am a daughter of Heavenly Father. I knew/know that I am of infinite worth. I knew/know that there is a prophet on the Earth today and he speaks the will of our Heavenly Father. I knew/know that Joseph Smith saw Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ when he had questions about which church he should join. I knew/know that the Bible and the Book of Mormon are true and are the words of God given to us for our benefit. I knew/know that I can be with my family forever and I will see my family members who have passed on before me again after this life.
How I live my faith
I go to church every Sunday with my family. I am a Young Women's advisor and also the ward Girls Camp Director. I have been called to serve a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints among the people of Mesa, Arizona.
