Trisha: Mormon.

Hi, I'm Trisha

I grew up in Idaho and moved to the UP of Michigan. I'm a musician. I'm a mother. I'm a wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a proud mother of three kids. I'm a wife to a wonderful man who does computer consulting. I teach piano and play the oboe in our area's symphony orchestra. I love playing piano and creating art. I love color and decorating. I love reading, maybe a little too much.

Why I am a Mormon

There has been a lot of times in my life where I have been faced with the question of "what is right?" Even growing up in the church doesn't mean you automatically know it's true. I had to work, read, ponder, pray and exercise faith. I have put my Heavenly Father's promise to the test over and over again. Praying and asking if these things are right. Praying for the Holy Ghost to manifest the truth to me; and he has. I know this is the true church. It is Christ's church. I have experienced the true and exquisite joy that comes from following the gospel and teaching my family those gospel principles I know to be true. I have felt the joy and amazing love from our Heavenly Father as I attend the temple. I know, without a doubt, that Satan could never produce those feelings. Never. I know this church is true, with all of my heart. I have no doubt.

How I live my faith

In the church, I am the Young Women's president. This means that I am over the entire group of young ladies age 12 - 18 years old. I teach lessons every Sunday and meet with the girls for weeknight activities that help strengthen them physically and spiritually. I try to share the gospel with all who ask and try to always be a worthy example. I try to serve always and be willing to sacrifice my time to help others.
