About Me
I have been married just over a year and it has only gotten sweeter and better with time. I love reading and good movies. I am a huge fan of sports and spontaneity. I am 6'1" with a vivacious appetite for cereal, toast, and homemade cookin'. I'm up for trying anything once...unless that's eating bugs, wearing 5 inch heels, or shaving my eyebrows. I just graduated from Brigham Young University with an English major and editing minor and my first job outside of college? Babysitting and yard work (nice), but I'm grateful for the employment. I have faith in this country, in what good can be accomplished, and most importantly in my Savior. I know this is His church and I will proclaim it with joy and with a knowledge of my place in life and death. I know this life is supposed to be a life of happiness and purpose and I rejoice in the knowledge of who I am--a beloved daughter of God. I'm grateful for eternal families and my life is the blessing that it is because of my Savior and my loving Heavenly Father.
Why I am a Mormon
I'm a Mormon because I know this is the true church. It gives me happiness; it gives me purpose; it gives me my identity; and it gives me peace. I know of no other assurances that have the weight and guarantee that this gospel carries and I know it to be true; and I have found out for myself.
How I live my faith
I live my faith in my everyday life. I am a Young Women's leader and Ward Missionary. I visit and teach other women in the ward and am visited and taught by them. I attend church every Sunday and the additional meetings that the Young Women experience every Wednesday. I live my faith when no one else is around and I try to make it my life and true actions no matter the circumstance or people. I live my faith in happiness, optimism, and peace.
