About Me
I am married to a wonderful wife and we have six children (three married and three in college) and currently six grandchildren. I love my family and enjoy spending time with them. We love playing board games. Two of our sons actually created their own board game which we often play when we are together. I also like to garden. It is a nice break from the stress of being an attorney. One of my sons and I built a three pool stone water fountain in our front yard. Another son help me build a curved stone path lined with lilies. We live in Southern California, so we have great weather that allows us to grow various types of palms and several tropical plants, including some exotic fruits such as passion fruit, loquats, and bananas. I am also the managing partner of a law firm, so I deal with both litigation and transactional legal matters, as well as a lot of administrative and employee related issues throughout the workweek.

About Me
Begining life in landlocked Leicester, my love for the sea might come as a suprise to some. Through the years, I have found solace, activity and work on the ocean. Its relative order (when at first it seems chaotic) will forever fascinate me. This has led me to gain a degree in Marine Biology with Oceanography. This is when I learnt to SCUBA dive. This opened my eyes to an immense variety of God's creation previously that was previously unknown to me. I love the outdoors and feel an excitement for mountains, woods, and coastline. My efforts to explore just a part of the enormity of this world have led me to appreciate diversity and seek after those things that are unique. What began as a search for natural diversity became a discovery of human diversity. Emulating nature, humans are unique in an infinate number of ways. We are all known by our Father in Heaven. We are in this life together and what unites us is our ability to choose. One thing I like about the Book of Mormon is that it satisfies both diversity and order. It stands unparallelled and unmatched in a confused christian world. It allows those with no knowledge of the Bible or of Jesus Christ to come unto him. I know that He answers sincere prayer about the book in unique ways, adapted to each person on this earth. All that one needs to do is humbly seek answers from from the Lord and be patient.

My Dad has been there for all my ordinances except for a temple marriage. I'm still single and hope to find an eternal companion. About Me
I grew up without religion, married my wife who attended church. Our son discovered the Mormon Church and later we joined. It is the best thing we have ever done. The Gospel plan gives you a plan to live by which can't be beat. It is a good clean life but a full life. It tells us why we are here in this life , where we came from and where we are going. We became a member of a huge family of brothers and sisters who really care about each other with love and compassion.

About Me
Whats going on? Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Just a little bit about me, I love basketball. I am dangerously white but large in stature. I also love video. I love to work with cameras, audio, lightning but mainly editing. You and along with many others may be wondering, a Tennessean that likes technology? Yes. I'm here to break down the stereotype that all Tennesseans ride a donkey to school and play the banjo. While that may be a hobby as well, I love video. Video is the ultimate way to express yourself. A wise man once said, "A picture paints a thousand words." Film shows 30 pictures per second. That is a lot of painted words. Along with video and basketball, I love the outdoors. Tennessee comes from the Native American word Tanasi. Which means "beautiful land". Tennesse is beautiful. Beauty is how I know that there is a God. Every sunset God paints a masterpiece. This life is not a big mistake. Mistakes are never as beautiful as a sunset, a green pasture, or the ocean. At least my mistakes aren't. I know that there is a grand architect behind everything that is good or beautiful in this life. That grand architect is God. I try to live everyday with no regrets. Life can be as wonderful as you decide you want it to be. I try to have fun with the ordinary everyday things. Life doesn't need to be boring. My dad always taught me to work hard and play hard. That is how I live my life.

About Me
I have been gifted with a lot of understanding of life that gave me a position in this church. I have high functioning autism which gave me physical intelligence as well as a knowledge of what it is like not to have what Mormons call agency. Unlike my family, I had been raised in the State of Washington with public education to challenge the common beliefs of the Mormons, so I see both sides of many things. I have a strong testimony of the church, particularly the Priesthood Power and how it works, and why it works. I may not be thankful for my life, but I am thankful for the Church that protects it.

About Me
I was graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Archtectural design. I am a design/builder of custom homes and I have been a licensed General Contractor for both residential and commercial projects for over forty years. I served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Scotland before finishing my degree at ASU. Before I finished college I married a beautiful young woman and our first son attended my graduation ceremony. We now have nine children and sixteen grandchildren. My father is very much alive and twenty years older than me. People often confuse me with my father which makes me wonder if I really look twenty years older or do most of our friends have very very poor eye sight. After rearing nine children, my wife went back to school and received a degree in elementary education. We encouraged all of our children to get the best education possible. Several have been graduated with honors and they all love to read and learn. We have encouraged them to understand why they believe as they do. We have 2 Democrats, 5 Republicans, and 2 Independents. We have wonderful, lively discussions around the dinner table with all of our children and their companions and our grandchildren.

We became Mormons and brought our family from England to California 30 years ago
-
-
About Me
"Being born of goodly parents", seventy three years ago in Yorkshire, England ,and now father of seven children, Senior Vice President of a group of Companies living in California with factories in California and Vietnam, a Home Teacher, Family History Consultant and a Temple worker in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints, my family and I joy in the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ . In fulfillment of ancient scripture , my wife's compassion and a glass of water was instrumental in bringing us both into The Mormon Church during our early years of marriage. The bible records that two thousand years ago,an apostle wrote “For who so ever shall give you a cup of water because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward (Mark 9:41)" We most certainly have received our reward through the power of The Holy Ghost and through the Mormon missionaries who were calling door to door in our street in England that hot summers day. My wife had compassion on them and simply offered them a drink. of water The Apostle Paul once wrote "Through small things great things are brought to pass" and they were. My wife arranged a future appointment because she knew that I had researched the mass of today's religions and was still searching for answers .Upon answering a knock on the door at the appointed time ,when we met the missionaries all those years ago it was instant recognition for both It seemed like almost meeting old friends again Previous acquaintance was impossible since we had never met before. After all was said and done these missionaries were from Idaho, USA and as for me an Englishman who had never traveled to the United States. And yet it was as though we had known one another in the dim and distant past.. Years later one of them called me and said “ it was revealed to me that before this world was created and the plan of salvation was announced in that great council in heaven ,(job 38:7) I covenanted with you to find you and reveal to your house the fullness of the new and everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ and invite you to become a member. All this happened long long ago when it was my time to be born onto this earth, receive the Priesthood and my mission call to go to England ” I believed him since it was all in harmony with the prayerful meditations and understandings that were given to me in answer to my own questions .Those young men are both still alive today. One of them is Director of a major Us Corporation and we still keep in touch after all these years .
