About Me
I love the outdoors. I’ve hiked, biked, canoed, and rafted thousands of miles. I love books. I favor history books. I highly recommend The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt by Edmund Morris. The jewel of my life is my wife. We have been married 25 years and shared all of our hobbies over the years together. I’m a lawyer. I do a lot of intellectual property work and complex commercial litigation work. I find it intellectually satisfying….but I don’t define myself as a lawyer. I could have just as easily done something else. Some days I wish I had. Others I am content. What defines me is my love for family, the outdoors, good books, music….and my religion. I am a Mormon.

About Me
My greatest hobby is learning. I love living in the Age of Wikipedia - when so much of the world's knowledge is at our fingertips. I see that as one of my great blessings. Some of my educational passions include languages, biological evolution, and ants. I also love good literature. I snow ski, and play and watch soccer. I was cheering for the USA in the World Cup, and I am a Real Salt Lake fan. My favorite way to spend time is being with my wife and my little daughter. She is almost 6 months old, and being a dad is way more fun than I imagined. I love hanging out with her.

Exercise is perhaps my biggest hobby; I go to the gym and lift, I bike, I run, swim, ... I've raced in one sprint triathlon and plan on doing more in the future. Also, I love to learn and read. Anything I don't understand, I ask questions and try to figure it out. I am very curious.

I love learning and I love the outdoors. was born and raised in Oregon. I gained an early love for agriculture. I'm a Mormon.
-
-
About Me
I grew up in a small town in Oregon, where I became interested in agriculture and involved in FFA. After a year of college I served a mission for the LDS church in Argentina during the time people were being murdered by the military. I saw firsthand the fear that people had for the government and I realized just how fortunate I am to be an American. I spent most of my time in small farm communities, many of whom lived in very poor circumstances. The poverty helped me see that Americans have been blessed with much and need to be generous in giving back to those who are less fortunate. After returned I married and began pursuing higher education with a vengeance. I found a field in agriculture particularly suited to my talents and completed BS, MS and PhD degrees in that field. I was then fortunate to land a position as a professor at a Land Grant University. One of the smartest things we did was to start a family while still in college. I graduated with four children, this later grew to six. Contrary to societal trends, we have realized the wisdom of having a large family. It was financially challenging at time, but in the end we have done very well financially. More important, we have been able to raise our children in a home where family, education, and service to community were priorities. Generally speaking, our children (all now adults) are very family oriented, are well educated and are raising families of their own.

About Me
I am a mother of five children with a growing number of grandchildren. Initially, I came from a broken home, so I have felt very blessed to have been given the pattern of whole and happy families through the examples of others in the church, and a loving Heavenly Father. I have been blessed with the gift of music. This has been a stabilizing influence in my life and an open wedge in blessing and reaching out to others on many occasions. I also try to be a "people pleaser", simply because I enjoy making people happy!

About Me
I am a 22 years old single special education teacher. I love my job because I get the chance to teach to the most amazing, interesting, intelligent and challenging children. I am Mexican, proud to be. I arrive to the United States to go to college and learn English and I was able to archieve my goal thanks to hard work, tons of faith and constant miracles. I love to dance, there is nothing better for me than dance. It does not matter if it is folk, latin, country, or etc I will love it. Reading is one of my favorite thins to do when I need time for myself, I read children books, poetry, classics, fantasy. However, there is nothing that bring greater peace and opportunity to improve my self than when I read the Book of Mormon.
