Hi, I'm Michal - People

I'm a PR student, volleyball fan, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love learning and working hard. I have four brothers and one sister. My parents raised us to work extremely hard and we've created a beautiful yard with all that hard work. We recently moved from one house to the other, and therefore started the process of creating a yard all over again. It is hard work, but I love being able to create beautiful things, especially with my family. I am currently a college student studying public relations. I really enjoy learning about how to help the world become a better place and how to give better options to other people. I've particularly been interested in it because my dad is creating a business devoted to helping Parkinson's Disease patients. I want the world to become better and better, and I love being able to see how we can change it one piece at a time.

Hi, I'm Joanna - People

I was born in California. I love to travel. I'm a photographer. I'm a step-mom. I'm a PR specialist. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in California and am one of seven kids. I am lucky to have two really great parents, whose idea of "family bonding" included camping, road trips, and lots of adventure. At a very young age I had the desire to get out and really experience different cultures in the world. So, at 15, I moved to Switzerland. The years that followed took me all around the world. I studied in Jerusalem and fell in love with that land. I served a full-time mission for the church in Brussels, Belgium. Even though it was at times really difficult to be away from my family and friends, I loved the people I met and the message I had to share with them. After graduating from college, I taught a religious class at a local highschool for a few years and then moved to Washington, DC. It was there that I became involved with political campaigning, and eventually ended up travelling all around the world to assist in the set-up for visits by the President of the United States. Mozambique, Suadia Arabia, Guatemala, Bulgaria... Wherever I went, I fell in love with the people. After several years of travel, I settled down in Utah, where at 34 years old I finally met my husband. Having married much later in life than most LDS women, I reflect almost daily on the path I walked, and how grateful I am for the experiences that made me "me". My loves are documenting life's experiences through photography, spending time with family, and embracing new experiences.

Hi, I'm Diana G - People

I'm a Latina family woman, I'm a biologist, and I'm a Mormon! :)

About Me

I grew up in PR and moved to the states with my family when I was about to be 11 and we've been here since. I've always enjoyed reading, singing and listening to all kinds of music-especially the kind that just builds you up, dancing (even if I'm not very good :) ), doing crafts, doing good for people, being optimistic, and always trying to see the big picture of things. I love nature and just to look at all God's marvelous creations and wonder how great He is to have made so many beautiful and incredibly designed things. I'm a biologist and so I get to see the scientific view of some things while having my religious beliefs, and though they don't always agree I know one day all things will be made clear and it will be perfect. I've always had a feeling since I was a little girl that there is a greater purpose to life. That there is a God out there who loves us despite the bad in the world. I know what it's like to be lost and find rescue in my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. I LOVE the feeling of the spirit of God, just pure joy and hope and peace......happiness even when not everything is perfect or resolved as I would want it to be. I know I'm far from perfect, but I love that we can count on Jesus to help us on our life journeys to become so through and in Him. I recently served a mission in the state of NV! It was the greatest experience of my life. I'm a firm believer that what we do has a great eternal impact in not just ourselves but all of us.

Hi, I'm Jeff - People

I grew up in Wisconsin. Joined the Church when I was 18. I'm a public relations practitioner, and I'm a Latter-day Saint.

About Me

I've only done one LDS cliched thing in my life, and that's meet my wife at BYU. We have four children. I'm an anomaly in that I've worked my entire career in my undergraduate degree: Communications with an emphasis in public relations (PR). I've worked as a solo PR practitioner for most of my career. When I'm not helping businesses tell their story with clarity, impact and authenticity, I love vacationing with my family, biking, playing sports (football, softball and basketball), watching retro movies/TV shows, reading books (LDS history, business, music), playing guitar, listening to music, gardening. Plus, I'm just a FANATICAL BYU football fan and hardly know what to do with myself during the off season.

Hi, I'm Catherine - People

I'm a cyclist and skier. I've worked in PR but now I'm a mom. I love adventure and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Detroit, but moved to the Rocky Mountains with my family when I was ten. I have an older brother and older sister and we're all really close. I graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Business. I worked as a director of public relations for a technology commercialization organization. I loved my job but decided to leave when I had my baby. Now I am a stay-at-home mom! I have Multiple Sclerosis, but I don't let it slow me down or define who I am. During the warm months, I wake up three times a week at 5:30am to go biking, and I recently completed a 130 mile bike race. My husband and I love being physically active and finding new adventures. Together we ski, waterski, cross country ski, road bike, hike, and rock climb - to name a few. I love to read and have put together a small neighborhood book group. My book group friends are some of my best friends. I also love cooking and am learning to use what I grow in my vegetable garden to make dinner and to make baby food. Did I mention I have three chickens and a lop eared rabbit?

Hi, I'm Anne - People

Wife. Mother. Baker. Photographer. Do-It-Yourself Enthusiast. Mormon.

About Me

I graduated from college in Human Development. People usually ask what that's all about and I say it's a mix between Biology and Psychology. I love learning about people and really enjoyed my major. I worked at PR firm after graduation for while and now I stay home and "develop humans" as we like to joke. My husband also teases that I don't really stay home much- I'm usually at a playdate, running an errand, or looking for treasures at the thrift store. I love to buy/sell/redo furniture. There's always a few pieces in my garage waiting to be swapped in. Cooking is my passion and I can make a mean brownie or pan of lasanga. I love to try new things and figure out how to combine nutrition, variety, and frugality into delicious meals for my family. I really believe that home can be a heaven on earth and I'm working on turning my bustling little house into my own piece of heaven, one project (and day) at a time.

Hi, I'm Spencer - People

I love life, I'm an avid Ultimate Frisbee player, a runner, I love the outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I think that I enjoy pretty much anything outdoors and physically active. I ran long distance events in High School in Track and Cross Country, and I still enjoy running whenever I can. I love the feeling of accoplishment after running and beating your Personal Record (PR). My favorite sport to play is Ultimate Frisbee especially when you make a diving catch into the end zone to win the game. I love my family a ton. We moved around a lot while I was growing up, and so my family was my anchor. I didn't have friends that I knew for years and years, so my siblings became my best friends. I go to college, and I like the freedom that you have at college. You get to decide what you're going to do with your time, and if your going to get homework assignments in on time, and everything else. That freedom has helped me learn how to be responsible.

Hi, I'm Stephen - People

I'm a farm boy from Washington. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in Eastern Washington state. My father was a school teacher, my mother a homemaker and community volunteer. I spent much of my youth on the farm working for a family friend. After high school, I attended college for a year and then served a two-year, spanish speaking mission for the church in Los Angeles, CA. LA was a big change from life in a farming community. We met people from all walks of life: rich and poor, immigrants from all over the world, and many who were struggling with addictions and very difficult problems. The experience opened my eyes to the huge challenges people face and must deal with daily. It also showed me that even those who appeared the most hardened on the outside had a desire to do good. I saw lives change for the better when they were taught the gospel of Jesus Christ. I developed greater compassion for all people, regardless of their ethnic background, social standing or wealth. I returned home, married a wonderful companion and friend, and graduated from Brigham Young University. We have five daughters ages 7 to 27. My wife and I own an advertising and PR agency located in the Pacific Northwest.

Hi, I'm Fred - People

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Arizona all my life and love living here. My father is also a native of Arizona and joined the church when he was 20. My mother was also raised in the church and was a major influence in my father's finding and accepting the gospel of Jesus Christ. Because of these wonderful parents I had the great opportunity to be raised in the mormon church and Oh what a wonderful blessing. I had the opportunity to learn the gospel from living Prophets and Apostles and from priesthood leaders such as my father who were righteous examples of men of integrity. I am a High School Math teacher and Coach by trade. I decided to become a teacher and a coach 21 years ago because I wanted to try and make a positive difference in the lives of kids. I love teaching and coaching. I coached football for 10 years and then switched to track and field when my daughter got in high school and started participating in track. They needed a coach so I got hooked and have been coaching track ever since. One of the great blessings of being a member of the mormon church is everyone gets a job in the church called a "Calling". I have had many callings since I was a youth. I have been a teacher, scout master and Bishop among others. Currently I have the opportunity of serving in the Prison Ministries in our area. I go each week to the prison and share the message of the Savior and his gospel to those that are incarcerated. I am amazed at the spirit we feel as we go visit these men each week.

Hi, I'm Tisha Marsh - People

I'm a Colorado girl. I'm a mom to twin 4-year-old boys and a -year-old boy. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I wasn't born here, but I don't remember growing up anywhere except for Colorado. I went away for college, but now I'm back with my little family of boys. I have a husband and 3 cute sons (twin 4-year-olds and a baby). There is never a dull moment at our house. I love to be with my sons. I love to cook, bake, read, exercise, make photo DVD's, listen to music and spend time with my family. I am currently on an indoor soccer team. I also make time for book club, a baking night once a month with friends from high school, and a weekly date night swap with a few other young families. As a high school student I was active in sports, but my love was competitive speaking (Forensics). I was the Colorado state champion in National Extemperaneous Speaking. I also won the Colorado Voice of Democracy contest sponsored by the VFW and got to meet with President George W. Bush. Those things were fun, but I have an even better time now using my voice to read to my boys. I majored in Public Relations in college and enjoyed working in that field. When my children are older I am looking foward to using my PR skills to get involved with a charity and do pro-bono work for them. Right now I am looking for the right cause.

Hi, I'm Lindsey - People

I'm an author, entrepreneur, wife, and full time mom. I'm also a Mormon.

About Me

I've been married 10 years come December 2010. My husband is from Germany and is a convert. He used to be Lutheran. He is the only convert in his entire family and the only family member living here in the U.S. He came here on an athletic scholarship and was a goalie for the WSU men's soccer team. We met at Weber State. We have two small children and one on the way - due this November. We were married in the Salt Lake City, Utah temple in December 2000. I graduated from Weber State University with a B.I.S Degree in Social Work, Communication and Family Studies. I used my background and experience to write a relationship book for marriages. I had an exciting national PR campaign and book tour in 2009. I also do public speaking on the side. 2010 opened up a new door of opportunity and I created a fabulous skin care product that heals dry feet. I partnered with one of the biggest infomercial companies in the world and the product will be in retail chains stores this Fall. Despite all of the busyness I devote all my time to my family and church. It's what I enjoy most at the end of the day. I also love to cook, bake and write. I have several blogs. Staying busy keeps me happy :)

Hi, I'm Katie - People

I'm an Alaskan living in the desert. I'm a mom to twins (and more). I own my own business. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a stay-at-home mom who also happens to own my own PR consultancy, so my to-do list combines the best of both these crazy worlds. Whatever "free" time I have is usually filled riding my bike or reading. My husband and I are parents to four amazing children, including one set of twins, all of whom keep us on our toes. But no matter how busy life gets, I never fail to take some quiet time every day to thank my Heavenly Father for His tender mercies I see every day.
