About Me

I have been a member of the Church since 1978. I was the first member in my family. My wife and I have been married since 1983. We have five wonderful children and a rapidly-growing number of grandchildren. I work in the Information Technology field, teach guitar, study judo, and I'm the author of several LDS-oriented books. I also write for the Examiner. I'm grateful to be a member of the Church and to have the restored gospel in my life.

About Me

So I am 20 and have a year of college under my belt. I decided to put off education for two years to serve a mission. After my mission I hope to become an international diplomat for any group who want to give humanitarian work to countries with less than friendly governments. I plan to do that through respect, kindness, and patience. (three areas I am very well practiced) My senior year my peers even voted me most friendly and most courteous. I hope to learn as many languages as I can and my career choice will require me to reach that goal. In school I am an A-B student who should probably try a little harder to get homework done on time. The hobby I am probably most adamant about is reading books. I don't care much for the genre (they all have high and low points). So long as it isn't below the moral standards I set for myself. I am serving as a missionary for the LDS church and am completely loving it. Being a missionary isn't always easy but it is worth it. Watching someone find the joy that I have known my entire life is definitively worth the work. I hope everyone can find that joy and I intend to help as many people find the joy as will allow me to help them.
