About Me
The things that matter the most to me are my relationship with my Heavenly Father, my husband, children, grand-children, and all of my extended family. I care most about being with them and being a part of all of their lives. I believe that my relationship with the Savior and my Heavenly Father has helped me to be most effective in all of my relationships. Being a parent and grand-parent has helped me better understand how much our Heavenly parents love us. I LOVE to cook, to create things and really enjoy doing those things with my family. I enjoy sleepovers with grandchildren, doing projects with them, swimming, golf, working out, yoga, and long road trips with my husband. We so enjoy this beautiful world that was created for our joy and we are in awe of it!

About Me
We have 7 children who are contributing good citizens and respectful of others. We celebrate birthdays and share a lot of time with each other. When the factory closed in 1980 because of cheap imports from overseas I have done a number of interesting freelance things. Audited the delivery time of postage of letters in Australia, started my own business in credit control, contracted as a manufacturing consultant and served as a panel member in the Queensland police service for the last 21 years. I have been involved in community service for many years In scouting for 50 years as a Scout Master, South District Assistant Commissioner, Toohey Forest District as Assistant District Commissioner and District Commissioner and Group Leader in Liahona Scout Group. A Qualified Justice of the Peace for nearly 50 years A Marriage Celebrant for 41 years, performing services without cost. Church service as a Bishop, Stake President, Australia welfare specialist, Queensland Director of Public Affairs, Chairman of the Queensland Conference. I was awarded the Order of Australia Medal in 1997 for community services. I live in Brisbane but have a farm near Boonah where I raise beef cattle and love doing it.

I grew up in Alaska. I'm married to a Turk. I'm a Mormon.
-
-
About Me
I was raised in Alaska, and after graduating from high school attended college at Brigham Young University. I have resided in various cities across the US and overseas. My husband is a wonderful Turkish man who is not Mormon. We are the proud parents of a curious 3 year old and are expecting our second child very soon. Although our cultural and religious differences sometimes make it difficult for us to agree on everything, our commitment to family and each other strengthens us as we work through whatever comes our way. I'm grateful to have the privilege of being a full-time, stay-at-home mom. I love visiting family and friends in Alaska and Turkey, exploring new cuisines and traveling the globe. I've recently begun researching my ancestors and am developing a deeper understanding of the purpose of life and appreciation for the sacrifices my ancestors endured.

I have 4 children and they are all grown up and have moved out of the house. We live on 5 acres and I am considered a Gentleman Farmer. We have over 30 fruit trees, berry bushes, strawberries, grapes and a garden full of tomatoes, potatoes, squash, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, onions, beets, beans, peas, and rhubarb. We have also grown cows, pigs, and chickens. We burn wood to keep warm and also because it feels better than the other kinds of heat.
