I am a simple guy with a wonderful family. I have a great companion and a sweet little girl. My little girl and I spend most of our time together when I am not at work. My life is not perfect, but I am happy and at peace because of my understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ. That is saying a lot since one of my children has cancer. I'm a mom of 2 young children in my late 20's. My husband travels for work and is gone anywhere from two weeks to two months at a time. He then gets to stay home for about that much time, as well. When he is home he is not working at all, so we get to do a lot of family things together. When he has internet access while he is away, we enjoy using Skype to keep in touch--we have family prayers, visit with friends, even have virtual dates. We share a house with my sister, her husband, and their 3 young kids. It's quite a house full and a lot of fun. Having two moms around allows us both more time to do things we enjoy--I like to sew, to knit and crochet, to read, and to watch movies. We encourage each other to exercise and eat healthily, which is a never ending pursuit. I have a degree in Elementary Education, but haven't used it since I graduated. I do find the training comes in handy understanding and teaching my own children. I love being a mom, but I also enjoy the breaks when the kids are in bed. My sister has chickens and we enjoy the fresh eggs. I dream of someday having dairy goats. This means I will have to learn to like goat milk. I'm still working on that. I've always loved drama, but have had limited opportunities to pursue it. I get (often disproportionately) excited at any opportunity to be in the limelight. Joining a community theater is also on my list of "someday," along with building a castle and owning a bed and breakfast.

I grew up kind of a hyper kid that got in trouble pretty regularly, but I didn't mean any harm. I just had a lot of energy to burn and that attracted me to things like skiing and fast cars. I had a talent for music as a kid and I ended up in an Army band for a few years before getting an engineering degree. I have a family now and love being a dad. I am a close to being the middle child, but am 2nd to youngest in a Family of 5, including Mom and Dad. I think the greatest thing i love is having a good time! I grew up with crazy cousins and siblings; while the family was sitting around talking on Sundays, we would be off causing Havic, and it hasnt quite stopped for me yet, but i have tried to shape up now that im in my big 20's. I've been on a Church Mission in the Lone and Dreary place of Eastern Washington for the past 2 years.. The places i have spent most of my time is Oroville, WA, Moses Lake, WA, Bonners Ferry, ID, Deer Park, WA, and Spokane, WA. I've loved it! Some things that are of most value to me is first my family. They are pretty much the studs that keep my walls up. Since serving a mission, there hasnt been a week in two years that i havent heard from someone in the family, and we dont get phone calls either! We all go for the same thing, that's to be Happy.. I really like em'.. Second, the bonds that i have with some of my closest friends.Most have all served missions as well, so i know what they want in their lives too.. Lastly, I love me a fast ride! Whether or not its a competion to get somewhere as fast as i can, i like the feeling of being fast paced. I did pretty ok in high school track sprints and football. I'm pretty sure its helped me see how fast paced life is and when to slow down at the right moments when things need a good lookin at. I like being the person God has allowed me to be.

Hi, I'm Heidi. :) I am a happy saint of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have Type 1 Diabetes, and I love life. i have an interesting diet that most people find hard to even comprehend, that includes no wheat/ gluten, no dairy/ lactose intolerant, and no corn. if i have any of these foods, my symptoms include, hard to concentrate, mood swings, and terrible pains. i am not myself when i eat these foods. i am considered someone who has Celiac Disease, which means i cannot have wheat, barley, rye, and other related grains. i can relate to kids who are suffering this same disease, and i have met many other people that eat the same as me and are so funny, and who have blessed my life. i have four younger siblings, 3 bros and one sis. i have been so incredibly blessed in my life for them, and to have these siblings look up to me, and see my strength and faith in this gospel, and it brings me joy to know that i will always be with every one of them, for all eternity. i have been blessed in my life, with two parents who love each other very much. i plan on going on a full time mission for 1 and a half years. i love to read the scriptures, and i always keep in touch with my Heavenly Father, by praying every day and night. i am a sophomore in high school and i love going to seminary every school day. i love to sing hymns in church. i am planning on being either a nutritionist, or a massage therapist.
