Hi, I'm Jared. I've loved to learn all my life, and so, no surprise, I became a teacher! Although endorsed as a language arts teacher (I love the art of words and the power of writing throughout the ages), I also love astronomy, history, biology, anatomy, visual arts, and social arts and culture. My wife and I found each other via online dating (yes, it can work!), and have one beautiful child. For hobbies, I enjoy hiking, creative writing, analytical writing, designing solar systems, and designing "alien" societies. I also love video games, where I can experience virtual realities or simulations (which works well when you like to write sci fi or fantasy).

I'm 19, I love music, playing ice hockey, and I'm serving as a missionary in Northern Georgia for 2 years. And I'm a Mormon.

I am a musician, I could spend all day working on music and not get sick of it! I love to write, play, and record music. The guitar is my favorite! I also enjoy playing ice hockey. I am currently serving a mission in Northern Georgia and I love it!

I am a professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Iowa. I have been at the university for 28 years and I have also been a teacher, and principal at public and private schools in Illinois and Missouri. My hobbies are sports, playing golf, and I am involved with Ham Radio. I am a father of seven grown children and a grandfather of 18. I am married to Paula and we both grew up in Chicago, IL and went to the same high school.

About Me

I strive to be righteous in order to return to live in Celestial Kingdom together with my family forever, with My Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Every day I thank My Heavenly Father for all the many blessings I receive and ask Him to let me have The Holy Ghost so He can inspire and help me to be a better person today than I was yesterday, so that tomorrow I can be a better person than I am today. I have a very strong testimony of Jesus Christ's mission here on Earth. He came to atone for my sins and the sins of every human being that has lived, lives now and will ever live on the Earth. He made it possible for us to return to live with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ after we resurrect, if we repent, get baptized by someone with the proper authority, continue to live righteously and make all the necessary covenants with Our Heavenly Father in one of His Holy Temples. I am 70 years old. I retired four years ago from the insurance business. I also worked for 25 years in the grocery business. I graduated from college in 1965. I enjoy fishing, golf, and travel. I also enjoy researching my family history. I have a wife, three children, and seven grandchildren.

I'm a grandma in small town middle America now, but I was raised in California. I am married and have several children, some still in their teens. I am an adveturer! I can't stand still I am always on the go, but a good movie or time to write in my journal or work on one of my novels slows me right down. If I am not on the dance floor or the stage performing then I am at the theater watching, or out in nature hiking, swimming, boating or taking walks. When I dance I am in my own world I love the feeling of gliding across the dance floor and expressing my emotions through dance. Music is a huge part of my life, give me my music and a journal and a notebook to write my novels I could be there for hours. I love being on stage, acting provides an experince in which I get to experience the life of another person. Being on stage and taking on a character that is completely opposite of myself provides a window of life experience.Through all the roles I have played there has never been a life with more happiness than my own because I have the true source of happiness, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I love to be happy, optomistic and positive and all of these are promises that God makes with us as we follow the example of His son Jesus Christ. And God always keeps His poromises.

I am a son, husband, father, grandpa, neighbor and friend. There are many things which I enjoy but find less and less time to engage. Some of these things include visiting with family and friends, fishing - fly and artificial lure, cooking especially in a dutch oven, reading a good book, watching a meaningful movie or play, listening to uplifting music that has feeling, helping someone in need, drawing, wood carving, plunking out songs by ear on the piano, carving pumpkins or sculpting snow, putting my thoughts and feelings into poems and sharing my beliefs. I was born in Nebraska but was raised in Alaska where my step father was stationed at a military base. I joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when I was fifteen. I served a voluntary, two year mission to Virginia/West Virginia when I was nineteen. After my mission I completed a bachelors degree in the area of Information Management. While at college I met my sweetheart and we married. I spent the first 10 years of my working life in a grocery store where I learned the business from bagging to butchering. During college I got involved in banking and was introduced to computer support. Since college graduation I have managed customer service and training for various technology companies. I am currently managing a broadcast planning and support organization responsible for satellite, video conferencing and streaming technology.

I Was born and raised in Western Canada but feel most of my growing up happened as a missionary in Ohio, and I'm a happy Mormon!!!

I was born and raised the oldest of 5 children. I have two wonderful parents that were able to put up with me through all my growing up...and still put up with me. Some of my favorite things consist of longboarding (especially by any body of water), Snowboarding (ok really anything that has to do with boarding to keep this shorter), and guitar. I had the opportunity to live and serve the people of Ohio while serving as a missionary in the "Great Ohio, Columbus Mission". I truly feel that while I was born and raised in Western Canada, that most of my growing up was while I was serving the Lord in Ohio. I am a college student studying elementary education. I'm the youngest of six children and LOVE being with my family. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. I am happily married to a Captain in the Army National Guard. I also served in the Military Intelligence Corps for a few years, but now I am singing with a big band and teaching voice and piano lessons. I am also rehearsing with my brother and preparing to perform at weddings this coming season. I enjoy running, biking and playing basketball with my children. I also enjoy reading the scriptures on my own and with my family. I find that when I read the scriptures I have much more peace and happiness on a daily basis. There is absolutely nothing that works as well. I am a classically trained singer. I got my bachelors degree from the University of Miami in Vocal Performance. I continued my education at the University of South Carolina in Music Education. I did not quite finish my degree due to a surprise pregnancy at the beginning of my second year. I may finish it later, but I am content with my musical experience and enjoy using my talents to entertain and inspire others.

I am the oldest of 4 children and the only son. I was born, raised and spent most of my life in South Carolina. I enjoy a variety of music but Michael Buble' happens to be 1 of my favorite artists. I also enjoy travel. I have been to 43 of the 50 states in the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington & Wisconsin being the 7 states I have not yet visited). I served in the United States Navy back in the 1980s.
