I have recently discovered what I think is the longest running television series of all time, "Doctor Who" (first episode aired 1963) and am becoming quite a fan. I have a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and am currently working for a startup company developing a micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS) product. To stay fit, I like to play racquetball about two or three times a week.

About Me
After graduating from Brigham Young University, I spent many years as a flight attendant and loved meeting Church members around the world. I attended meetings in several countries, and always felt at home and welcome. I was involved in some local theater productions and did some dancing and choreography. I didn't marry until very late, and immediately became stepmom to 2 daughters. Now my husband and I have 3 grandchildren who are a real joy to us.

About Me
I have the best fiance one could possibly ever ask for. He is only 9 months younger than me, my first boyfriend, my best friend, and my high school sweet heart. It is our desire to get sealed in the temple as soon as our circumstances allow. I look forward to one day receiving all the blessings God has for us. Currently, I suffer from Adult Rheumatoid Arthritis (which is an auto-immune disorder) and I am in pain everyday. Regardless of how much pain I endure, I press forward in my life and hope to live a good one. I look forward to one day being healed. My greatest desire is to become a stay at home mom so that I can be the one to raise my children. Right now I'm both unemployed and not enrolled in college. My R.A. seems to make such things impossible for me to excel in. I may not be doing much in the world's eyes, but I'm doing everything I can. The best I can do right now is support my honey, be a good friend, read my scriptures, and prepare for my future in which I'm certain will become very busy. If it was expedient for me to work and go to college, I'd go to college to become an Art Teacher and work anywhere part time. A little more about myself: I like to draw real life and manga. I like watching anime. I love my friends and everyone else. I collected over 200 beanie babies as a child. I really like journaling. I have been keeping a journal since I was 13. Growing up, I played video games such as Pokemon, .hack//SIGN, World of Warcraft, and Final Fantasy.

About Me
My life is pretty simple. And that is the way I like it! I am a wife to an amazing husband. A mother to 3 sweet, silly, and spunky boys. I hope to have more kids in my future...at least 2 more...and it would be cool if at least 1 was a girl. I love photography and am a professional photographer. I love my family, friends, milk, eating good food, flip flops, Tim Burton movies, rain, reading, the color pink, blogs, and throwing parties! If I could be anything in the world, it would be a toss up between: the elephant rider in the circus or a professional ballerina. Ooooooh, or the lady who sings in Cirque Du Soleil! And of course, I would still have my awesome family...they would be in the circus too maybe!

About Me
I'm currently in my mid-20's, I'm married, attending college and working part time and on top of that I have a baby on the way. My life is busy but I wouldn't have it any other way. Growing up I went through a lot of rough patches--my mother almost died and spent 2 weeks in the hospital when I was 9, my parents were severe alcoholics throughout my life at home and part time drug users when I was young. At age 10 I discovered an affair and was there the night my other parent found out too. I've struggled with homosexual tendencies; these feelings have been a difficult test for me and have caused me to truly evaluate what I want in life. These feelings caused me to slip into severe depression and before I was even 10 I was contemplating and planning my own suicide--this depression lasted until I was about 22. Amazingly enough I wouldn't trade all of these experiences for anything. Each trial, each hardship and each feeling has lead me to be a better person, to treat others better than I have been treated, to be a better parent, to love and care about others more deeply, to empathize with those who are struggling. I look at everything something that has made me stronger and closer to God.

I'm a Mormon; I’m also a scientist. And I greatly enjoy being outdoors enjoying what our Heavenly Father has given us.

-
About Me
I am a scientist with a large, privately-owned company. My field is microscopy, I do light microscopy, electron microscopy and x-ray microscopy, and I have published in Microscopy, Physics, Biology, Material Science and Food related Journals. I have greatly enjoyed doing outdoor type activities such as back packing, skiing, scuba diving, hang gliding, fly fishing and so forth. This is where I can unwind, and enjoy so many of the things Heavenly Father has provided to add a little spice in life. Around the home I enjoy gardening, wood carving and wood working in general. I met my wife while we were both ballroom dancing, and we enjoyed being involved in several large dance festivals and other performances. We have two children, a boy and girl. Our Daughter is married with a boy of her own. I joined the Church when I was 8 years old and have been a member all my life. I served a mission for my Church in Arizona, serving part of that time among the Navajo and Hopi Indians. I have attended religious services with many different faiths and have enjoyed learning about them, but I cannot deny that my testimony remains true to the Lord within my own church. I enjoy studying the Gospel, and have read the Old and New Testaments, and our other books of scripture several times. I love the Lord and hope to know every thing about Him. I look forward to the day I can meet him personally, weather after death or at some other time. He is my greatest hope in the future.

About Me
I'm 20 years old. I grew up in the church but need as much conversion as anyone. There were missionaries that taught me and my family about the Restoration of the Gospel in a way that the Spirit could testify of the truth in a way that I had never felt before. I'm a guitarist, bassist, singer and song-writer. I love music! All kinds! But there is a very special place in my heart for punk-rock. I'm an athelete. I love basketball and football. I spend my brief time in the morning to exercise as well as possible. I played ball in high school. My goal is to get back in shape and try out for the basketball team at BYU. I'm the eldest son in an eternal family. I am an older brother to two younger brothers. I can't express in adequate terms my love for my family. They are the back-bone of my character.

About Me
I am an overachiever. I love going to school. I love learning. I love being an academic. In fact, I loved these things so much I wasn't sure how being a mother would suit me. Some little girls love "playing mommy." I was never one of them. However, after my daughter was born, being a mom came naturally to me and became my most important duty. I love staying at home full time and teaching my children. I love playing dress up, building trains, going to the park, and reading books. My academic life is not over. I'm taking a sabbatical to tend to more important things. I feel privileged that my husband is able to provide financially for our family on his own. I actively try to develop talents that will support his efforts. I'm an avid bargain hunter and love to use coupons to keep our grocery bill down. More recently, I've started cooking from scratch and eliminated many processed foods from our diet in an effort to be healthier and to save money. Making bread, granola, or pizza is certainly cheaper than buying it! It's also made me a better cook, though my 4 year old's idea of the perfect meal is still boxed macaroni and cheese--she'll learn someday.

About Me
I grew up and attended college "out West" and moved to "the South" 29 years ago when I married the man of my dreams. We both came from large extended families and wanted to have a big boisterous bunch of kids; so it was quite a shock to find out, just shortly after settling into our first apartment, that I was suffering from the very advance stages of endometriosis and might never have children. Thankfully I held a teaching certificate and found that being in any elementary school could be very close to being in heaven (albeit a different sort of heaven than I had imagined). Loving other people’s children lessened the ache in my heart and helped get me through the almost eight years of medicines, multiple surgeries, and procedures that left us fruitless, but at least in pursuit. Our real hope was found in our faith. I had been promised children in a priesthood blessing and so my task was to wait on the Lord. After trying every known possible medical intervention except one, we decided to just stop and take the summer off before trying this last surgery. Then is when our miracle happened. We conceived a beautiful little girl and within the next three years —without doctors or medicines—we welcomed a son, and another daughter. Raising our children has been the greatest of all adventures. We have had so much fun. When the kids were little I ran a preschool in our home and as they grew older I volunteered at their schools and in their various sporting and musical organizations. This has given me great opportunities to be involved in things I never would have otherwise, like being a Girl & Boy Scout Leader, directing a club swim team, organizing a community standards campaign, raising Jack Russell Terriers, and joining the American Mothers Association.
